I was admitted at Botshilu Private Hospital at night on the 16th of August, my stay there was pleasant and very welcoming. I would like to thank staff member that is always consistent friendly and profesional in that Maternity Ward, her name is Mashudu. She is a born nurse and I pray that God be with her all the way on her job. She is always professional, approachable and always giving living advise. And all the staff members are good but would like to take this opportunity and appreciate her specific.
I went to MTN store to enquire about my contract they told me to come in April as my contract expired then. But when I went to MTN during the expiry of my contract what I needed was my contract to continue as it and didn't have a problem with it. A consultant in Kolonnade shop they told me they can offer me new 2 cellphones , I did explain to him I don't need new phones, He made application and told me he will call me and never called. Later in weeks I received a call from MTN that I must come fetch my order from the Kolonnade shop. When I went there on that day there was a debit order trying to take money from account amount of R781, but when I went to Kolonnade they told me my application did not approve and they will lodge a complaint for me for my contract to stay as it was(Data Contract). . . I was surprised later when I went again to MTN shop and found out I am owing MTN R2553,But the service was stopped and no application was approved I still need MTN to keep my contract as it was as I NEVER had a problem with it.
Vodacom handed me over to VVM Attorneys but never updated their details , On my credit bureau it still shows I owe and have Vodacom R1000 instalment of which I dnt. I requested for this to be rectified but it's Benn years now not rectified and VVM just ignore my calls and keep me holding the phone for an hour without getting back to me. Can the Vodacom details on Telecoms under my credit bureau be removed please.
In the month of June I paid my instalment with Foschini in 2 different instalments but they listed my payment as missed payment as if I didn't pay my account,and I paid my account in Full. With my first payment I received an SMS that says Thanks for paying your account in such difficult time of Covid-19 but they they went on and record my payment as Missed payment ,funny few days I did the remaining balance. Can Foschini record my payment as fully paid for June 2020.
The most cruel school I ever known in my life. The school wasted my son's school years because of incompeted teachers they hire.I would like to warn people about this school how it is cruel and do not care about its scholars and parents. With this lockdown I realise how they wasted my son's school years and they never cared about it.Later the teachers involved left the school but never had mercy to contact parents about it and realised that they made a mistake in their lives.As a parent I am really dissapointed and deeply hurt in what the school did to me.I will never forget this school .The principal never cared at all even she realised that she was acting wrong at the whole situation.
I still see the deduction of the policy on my Ackerman's account of Family Plus plan that I do not know about. I would like now Ackerman's to refund these deductions.
I have an account, and I had this account for years now it has a low limit of about less R1600.I pay my account every month, but something is been happening in my account lately ,a deduction I do not know about for family cover with an amount of R109 and I only pay R155 for this account, I never sign up for this cover and I want it off my account immediately and with the refund of all the premiums because I never sign up on it.Another thing that happened my number was changed without my consent to the alternative number.My account number 6363240107093221.And it's now lockdown and such thing is happening in my account.I tried to talk them via email the only thing they told and their response was to tell my about the options for payments ignoring my complaignt and refer me to departments I dnt know about.I want my money reversed so that I can continue pay my in full.
I subscribe on Foschini programme/contract they called one-on-one contract,it's the contract for data.I already paid for the contract.Recently I lost my phone and need to do a SIM swap.MTN told me I need to go to Foschini since I converted my prepaid SIM card to a one-on-one SIM card.I did go to Foschini,but on that day poor service I received,they let me fill in the forms and told me they will call me after 7 days to tell me my SIM is ready.On the SIM card holder it's written the SIM card will be ready in 72 hours.Untill today I never received the call and still need to keep my number.To me it looks like the Foschini never look at this before they could sell the product to me.I took their product but now I can't have my number back.At the moment I am even using the temp number.The cashiers who were assisting they seemed not knowing what they were doing and they were telling me different stories and even ask me why didn't I go to Markham's since this can be done in ANY Tfg stores.And I believe the guy was a supervisor because the cashier was assisted by him throughout the process.But definitely the service was poor as the results now proves that.The store is at PTA CBD opposite Nedbank.If only I can get my number back as I am paying for their service but don't use it.
Following my review I wrote on the 29/05/2019.I received a call from Vodacom telling me that they will update my information and it will take 14days for them to update everything, I wanted to wait until I give a positive feedback about this .But to my surprise nothing was updated.I would like to receive the evidence that shows that they are doing something about my case.
I had a contract with Vodacom in 2015 .It was paid up and the contract even ended but every time I apply in the banks I am told I am in arrears with Vodacom of R427.I called Vodacom last year in June 2018 the Consultant told me they will update my credit information with Credit Bureau and it will updated in 7 days but till today I am still listed as owing Vodacom but I paid them up long time ago and Vodacom provided me with the Paid up letter !! I am not happy with this as I can't apply for finances in the banks because of this incorrect credit record about me.
