Pathetic

Its now been 2 days of me trying to renew my driver's license. All they need to do is finger prints and take payment. Making bookings is useless. The staff literally walk around and chat or eat. Only 1or 2 people are working at any given time. Pathetic service.

Shame in Rain

If i could give a zero i would. Its insane that no-one cares about paying customers with issues. They should not be taking more clients if there is no capacity. Instead of advertising maybe use the money to FIX THE PROBLEM. We cannot work or do anything but the money gets debits monthly without fail. Shame on you for stealing from your customers.

Non-Zinger wings with zero salt

We frequent KFC Florentia in Alberton. The last 3 times we bought there the "Zinger " wings was void of any flavor and zero salt. We accepted it as maybe it could have been a bad batch. But this now seems the norm. No Flavor and No salt. Horrible taste to something that is one of the iconic items of KFC.

No Service but wont cancel the contract

If i could give a rating in negative, i would. They have sold me a product to which there is no service where i reside. They have sent out 2 technicians and both had the same finding- no service in my area. I have been trying to get Telkom to cancel my contract and refund my money for months. I even escalated the matter to a so called team leader who will get back to be within 24 hrs. Its been 2 weeks and Sihle Mlambo refuses to respond to me. There is no service...there should not be a reason to not contact me with a date i will receive my refund. Extremely pathetic. I have been with Telkom for as long as i can remeber and this is pathetic.

Thieving Telkom

One star is tooo many. Telkom moved me over to their new Wirless network from adsl. More than a month of NO internet and after numerous calls and case logs, get told today that there is no coverage in my area and that my profile had the instruction NOT TO MOVE OVER TO WIRELESS. Telkom is soooo decietful that they moved me over and expect payment for ZERO services. Pathetic. Disappointing and sickening. I now want my money back for the zero service received. Ppl be warned. Telkom is a company that steals ur hard earned money and gives zero service.

Pathetic Telkom service

Telkom has forced me to move over to their wireless network. Someone changed my anytime data plan to business hours plan. This means that i do not have access to the internet at all as this plan does not even allow me to open emails let alone anything else. I have been trying to resolve this since 03/12/2019 and still nothing. Now this weekend and i will be without internet which I AM PAYING FOR. This is absolutely disgusting. I was told that the change over would be completely seamless with ZERO interruption to my service. WELL....I HAVE NO SERVICE. i am fed up of calling in and want this solved immediately or i will go to the ombudsman for false advertising and false commitments.

Cell C The Marc - worst ever branch

Cell C The Marc is not customer friendly at all. I went in a few days ago to ask how to change ownership of a cell number. I was given instructions which i followed exactly. Went back to the store today only to be told that it cannot be done. And to top it all off they kept using fraud as a deterrent. Am I now a criminal when i try to do what they say. they dont care about customer service. No apology or anythin. INCOMPETENT STAFF AND MANAGER. Please ppl STAY AWAY FROM CELL C THE MARC.
