The Steelpoort branch is the worst pharmacy I ever had to visit. They close long before the time they say they close. More than once now I have rushed to be there in time, just to find that they closed up to 20 min earlier Often don't have stock. Pharmacist doesn't offer alternatives, you have to stand there and think of a possible alternative. Staff is unfriendly and clearly does not want to be there. Behaviour borders to inhumanity.
Terrible service at MTN store in Mall of the North. I got a screen protector for my phone there. First of all I wasn't allowed to follow my phone. Then when I got it back there was black particles stuck between the protector and my screen. I complained and they took the phone to "redo" it. When I got it back the second time it looked exactly the same. They tried to play me for a fool. The third time I got it back, the particles was removed, but the guy left his smudged finger print in the center of my screen and said it is the best he can do. Absolutely horrible, I would not recommend anyone to get a screen protector at that store.

Very impressed with their customer service. I make use of the drop off points, it is so convenient and never late
Extremely frustrated with Vitality. Employees are not properly informed, I have to spend more than 40 min on the phone just to give up and try again later. I have sent several emails, been waiting for almost a month and still no response. If it wasn't for the fact that we *have* to use Discovery, I would have cancelled within the first month. Definitely won't recommend Vitality to anyone.
