Good people still exist
I'm really grateful that good people still exist. I forgot my wallet in a public toilet in kuruman and only realized when already in vryburg and I had already put petrol time to pay no wallet. I lady by the name of Janice Betshanger found my wallet and gave it to the manager at the pick n pay. She even send my cousin a message on Facebook to advise about my lost wallet. We called pick n pay and a lady by the name of Primrose sent my wallet via pep. I'm really grateful to all of you.

Unauthorized debits
I cancelled my policy last year in November. I have received confirmation of this via email and sms but this company keeps debiting my account. I have reversed the debits several which is affecting my credit record negatively. I have sent them numerous emails and called them but they still debit my account. I am now in the process to open a fraud case against them as the damaged done to by credit record will not be restored and I am the one left with the mess created by them.

Best bank ever
I really enjoy banking with tyme bank. Imagine swiping and not having to pay a single cent. I was scam by people pretending to be take a lot and tyme bank sort this out effortlessly. The staff is always friendly and helpful.

Really bad service
We just had bad service from standard bank since the passing of my mom. We waited long for the money to be paid out. We never got the airtime that we were suppose to. Next month is a year later and we still waiting for the policy to be debited for my father to continue with the policy. Kenneth keeps making promises to get back to us but all in vain.

Excellent service
Its rare that you get outstanding service. I lost my sim card and went to Westgate branch on Saturday. I was assisted by a very friendly lady named Zoleka. She made me feel comfortable and explained everything I had questions to. Well done Zoleka and keep up the good work.

Worst service ever
It's so sad to think our life's are in the hands of people that really don''t care. I took my sister to the hospital 12 October on Tuesday and got there just after 7pm. She was in pain and spitting blood. It did not take long for the first nurse to attend to her in taking her BP and stuff then sent her off to wait for a doctor. After waiting for 7 hours to be assisted I asked one of the doctors to please help her because she is in so much pain and he told me he cant help she must wait while we have to look at him just walking up and down filling some document and talking to the nurses. A week later she is still there still crying of the pain in her stomach. But was there any scans done to see what is happen nope only taking blood but yields no results. I really hope someone can look into this. If my sister dies due to their negligence God forbid.
