Keep getting messages even though I have no expected delivery.....saying: "to release your shipment for delivery, please pay the outstanding clearance fee of 34.58 ZAR. go to https://cl.gy/zJkMr THE COURIER GUY". when you try to call to advise they have little interest in the customer complaint/query.
Their WEBSITE is not worth going onto!!! SLOW and you can't get anything from the site at all! useless!!!!! You battle to get hold of them on any of the number you find on the invoice.
ABSA banks are ripping the public off! R10.00 admin charge if you Accidentally enter wrong pin, purchase declined and then 5 seconds later enter the correct pin, and purchase approved! Unacceptable charge from ABSA! ABSA say they won't reverse charge!! Although amount not high > it is the principle {imagine they do this to 1000 people - nice sum ABSA make???) - they already charge a hefty service fee for doing nothing!! 'Very easy to enter incorrect pin if the retailers machine buttons are hard to push or pin area very small!' Not good customer service ABSA!!!!
Very disappointed with ABSA card division staff & systems - internal systems obviously don't work -> staff tell you the issue has been escalated, and you have the same problem with the next call with them and the person says they can't see that issue was escalated so now you go through a long arduous process over and over!!! ABSA get your escalations and systems to work!! SOO very frustrating to deal with ABSA.
Their DISHONEST staff ruins it for the whole APS business! Will NEVER use APS again and will ensure the company does not use them for our staff either & will tell friends and family to avoid them too. We have used them for years so this was disappointing and disgusting service - the last straw. We accidentally left our cell phone in the car - when realising about 10 minutes after leaving, we called them to bring the car back which it had just left the building and did a circle back. They only have 2 people handling the vehicles and they both claimed innocence!! However, the cell phone cover was in the car and no cell phone in it - this is a miracle that it could just disappear in 10 minutes and it could have only been either of the 2 staff members!! On return to collect the vehicle other odds and sods were also gone ie. cubby tissues, pen, masks, minor stuff but it's annoying that you cant leave a thing and their APS staff take everything and plead innocence! APS needs to look at their honesty policy or they will lose a lot more business!

Not a professional Gutter company. When they quoted they 'promised' the world and that there will be no issues. So we believed they knew what they were doing only to find out, in the end, they have no clue!! "A Professional Gutter company would have looked at the roof decline from the start and mentioned possible issues with the water flow and downpipes placements - Not these Guys!" The job started, there was no supervisor on-site, and when the job was complete with some shabby corner joins they 'eventually' came out and did the replacement. Not to mention when they painted the facia boards there was paint all over - on brickwork, walls & paving! After that, they said they would definitely come out after the rains start if there are issues. - Well it did rain a few months later and guess what - rainwater did not come out of gutter downpipes but at most corner joins and then of cause overflow everywhere! Took them forever to come out and that was only after angry phone calls as they kept postponing! When they eventually came out they started to say they are not roofing people so it's not their fault "REALLY" (their managements attitude was very unprofessional, sarcastic and did not want to take responsibility for bad workmanship from their side) and their solution was to lower gutters and have the sheet metal exposed instead of suggesting to rather move the gutter downpipes to better positioning to ensure an aesthetic look from the roof end & gutter start area! Would NEVER suggest "Gutter Friends" to anyone; you don't have to be a roofing expert to open your eyes to see how the roof declines and suggest the best options of water flow! If they knew their business they would have suggested from the start that the placement of downpipes due to roof decline would need to be at specific places! Basics for a company that know what they doing but not to Gutter Friends! You have been warned!
What a rip off... : iStore Sandton Drive > battery replacement!! I got my iPhone6 battery replaced this weekend and paid dearly >> the "new" battery does not last any longer than the battery they took out! DID THEY 'ACTUAL' REPLACE THE BATTERY???
