Our line drops a few times a day for an hour plus at a time. It’s Saturday night and we were told they will see to the issue within 5 working days. That’s definitely NOT SERVICE!!! How must we go without fibre for over a week?? Ridiculous
I am quite disappointed in Nedbank Homeloans. After having our bond with them for 15 years we applied to extend our bond. They declined within 24 hours, with not even as much as a phonecall to discuss our needs. They said we need to reduce our debt, however we don't even have store accounts or personal loans. The price our house would sell for now is more than double the amount that we asked to actually extend our home loan by and they didnt even bother to send someone out to value our house. Very disappointed that I even feel the need to move our homeloan to another bank!
I placed an order online on the 29 March 2020 and I am still waiting for my delivery. Only 2 items! They say they are operational during lockdown but this lack of delivery is ridiculous.
SINCE MAY I have not received my Healthy Food Cashbacks. I am constantly being promised that it will be paid or that it has been paid but yet still NOTHING! This is ever since they started Discovery Bank. Nothing is working in that place anymore. Not even my broker can get any joy from anyone there. Pathetic
I started my journey with them a few weeks ago. In the beginning all seemed to be going well until they take your money. Since I paid my 1st payment I have probably had contact with 5-6 different people. It is so confusing. Then you book telephone consultations with them and they never seem to call even though they booked with a calendar reminder. Yesterday I paid an additional R450 for an additional "service" and I am still waiting for someone to contact me with regards to this. To me my matter is important - if they can't look after their customers then they shouldn't take on so many clients!
Went to Rochester Northgate on Saturday and bought a bed, 2 couches and received a free ottoman. They will be in contact for delivery. Delivery arrived today, but ONLY the ottoman? No one has the decency to phone and inform us that the bed is out of stock. Sales staff are so quick to take your money but not so quick to help when there's a problem. Still don't know where my couches are but who cares right?
<p>I went into hospital on the 7 July 2017 with 10.5 mental health days available to me for my hospital stay. I was discharged on morning of the 17 July knowing that my hospital days had been used up. Discovery has now decided to short pay the hospital saying that I ran out of mental health hospital days? What the hell? Is this not what pre authorisation is for? Call Centre cant help me neither does sending emails, now what?</p>
<p>I was a medication since my admission in Jan 2016 and was stable even though Discovery didn 't pay R3000 per month of that medication. That medication has no longer been available since June/July. My psychiatrist has been battling and still is battling sith me and my meds. I am in no state to work, never mind be a mother or wife. There is 1 medication left that my psychiatrist wants to try(this has to be in hospital) yet I cannot be admitted because I have used my 21 days mental health day limit. How can cancer get a limit when someone like me didn't as to be Bipolar. I dont find this fair at all. Discriminination! I dont find it fair at al!!!!</p>
<p>My husband was admitted to Netcare Olivedale hospital on 24 May 2016. We had to pay a R6500 co-payment on admission. He was discharged on 25 May 2016 yet we are still waiting for our refund of approximately R2800. So quick to take our money yet almost a month to refund what we are owed. Disgusting and unethical!!!!!! Never mind the **** hospital and service my husband got whilst he was there!!!</p>
I am so tired of Nedbank and their lack of answers and competency. My account transactions and balances never balance out. Sms's get sent and then sometimes dont get sent. Money seems to go missing and sms's never amount up to the bank statement. My "personal banker" William and his "manager" Fiona at Nicolway Nedbank can never come back with the right answers or never have an explanation for what is happeneing on my account. No sense of urgency, efficiency or customer relations. This account has been open for approximately 21 years and are now in the process of closing it down(didnt seem to phase William/Fiona). Maybe Carte Blanche would like to have a story like this?
