Very poor service from Vumatel. Our cable was damaged by rain since last week Saturday, and we reported it immediately. Up to now, nothing has been done and we are still waiting for a reinstallation. This has caused major inconvenience, and the lack of communication is disappointing. Ticket number: 01074561. I expected much better service.
What a fresh market storeπ,I love this store because they sell cheap and affordable fruits, vegetables and meats e.t.c. Your store is very clean and ur staff is well trained and kind to clients .I wish your market grow big and they become national., especial in this tough times where our economy is bad and lot of people are struggling to buy food. I pray God bless u to continue doing the amazing job by selling cheap veges and fruits, and GROW BIG .I would love to see your FRESH MARKET all over South Africa. Please guys bring back my money that you deducted from my account without evening letting me know that the purchase I nearly bought online was approved because I don't remember proceeding with that online purchase,so you gave you the right to deduct money from my account without my approval and why I haven't received an SMS since you deducted Money to let me know that , where is that product.?..Is clicks running a scam with their clicks online shopping.I need my money back before I include my legal team.
I have been a client for Nedbank since I was at Varsity and trusted Nedbank with my personal information on my account but now I am regretting that because last month on the 10th of September I nearly bought something on clicks online but I didn't complete or proceed with the payment ,only to find out that this month clicks deducted the money for that product on my account without even giving me notification e.g sms nothing was sent to me to see that Clicks has deducted money from my account without my approval and the worst part is where is that product because I didn't receive it and I never received any communication from clicks.My biggest question is why didn't I receive sms from Nedbank to show that Clicks has deducted money from my account and why this is not shown on my statement Nedbank money app ?.is Nedbank running a scam this days?,is Nedbank exposing our personal information to the third part without letting us know about that?,is Nedbank not to be trusted anymore?.I called your agent didn't help me,so I am deciding to take this matter to my legal advisor ...
Hello Nedbank I would like to know what is happening with Nedbank this days,my husband and I we deposit money on Nedbank account Saturday but yesterday when we were at shopping centre, we tried to withdraw that money the ATM told us we have exceeded the daily limit then we check the balance on the app we found out that the balance is R0.00 what a surprise ,the money just vanish. Come on guys don't scam us .we want our money back
Hello Homechoice I don't understand how you guys work, since the beginning of the week I have been asking my account statement to see how much am owing per items I bought but am failing to get an answer, your, agents told me that they will pass me to the customer service to help me but until today am waiting for that call. I please your customer service team to call me I don't want to have bad name or errors. Instead of sending me the statement you send me an SMS of settlement date , I can't settle my account right now.I need to know my statement so that I know how much are those items I bought. Please do the right thing.
How could your FnF courier returned my order without even being contact with me,I waited the whole day for my order to be delivered as I received an SMS but now when I track my order I found out that it has been returned with NO reply but those courier guys didn't Call me at all. If this is how Home choice work with your useless, unprofessional courier I don't want those orders anymore just cancel and I was really looking forward to receive my order .I will buy them somewhere as you know the are many fish in the sea. Home choice is not the only store selling blankets.Thanks
What a bad experience from your courier guys, how could they returned my order from Home choice without contacting me ,I waited the whole day for them to deliver but now when I track my order via the sms I got I found out that my order have been returned with No Reply written that on tracking status. I am shocked because I didn't receive any call from them.I really need that order. Your courier Fast + Furious is useless and unprofessional.
Dear Homechoice I am a customer with Homechoice , recently on the 20 and 30 of may I placed my orders on Blanket and my son's duvet. My orders were successful because I received SMSes telling me that my orders were dispatched from Homechoice. My concern and biggest question is where are they now as I tried calling Homechoice and talked to the agent asking where are my orders,he told me he doesn't know them.So my question is where are my orders? Especial now is winter my family need those orders as urgently.
I would like to say big up to Ackermans for taking our complaints as customers seriously,last year I made a complain about Huggies gold with Micky mouse and now I saw them at Ackermans even though the product is small but am so happy it is an improvement maybe as times goes we will see big product of Huggies gold with Micky mouse.
