What a Disgusting service im so ****ed with this company...
Youhhh what a poor service from.African bank...i actually regret why i took their service they do things without your concern now i must wait 3 day for a settlement letter what a incovinience it has been i m so disappointed if that's how African bank treat people bcs they got what they wanted now they don't care mxmmmmm...
Im so dissaponted with the service i got from badlows. I have been a very loyal constomer over the years but this kind of treatment is not on... I purchased couches still paying for them the were damaged since the delivery i book a call for them to inspect they were repared two weeks later same problem i laid a complaint no one seemed to care.. The quality of the couches looking at the amount of money I'm paying every month very disappointing i even regret i could tried another store they fading away as if they're old they don't even look like genuine leather... I feel like i have been ****med.. How can u be paying for something that u not happy with ? How is that fair? Youhhh im.so angry shame each time i look at those couches i feel very angry.....
im so disappointed by the service @ Chris hani mall vosloorus the lady who was working @ drive through about 20min ago such a bad attitude ,im aaking my self how can one behave like thst and i specifically mentioned how i want my meat she puts in a wing and breast which i don't like i feel that she did this to spite me... Both my meals were disappointing i was hungry i choose KFC out of all resturants in chrish hani i even lost my appitide i really feel disgusted how she treated me i.had to drive again to next counter to place my order she did not even apologize for that...
Service @ chris hani branch is nonsense and disgusting the dont what service is consultants there... we have been waiting on the queue for close to hour only 5 customers in the branch they dont even communicate with us as clients or apologies for such behavior I will never visit that horrible place ever....
I'm writing this post to warn people of this bank, as a dis appointed customer I never received such a depressing and pathetic service from African bank staff , I applied 4 a personal loan since friday last week , no communication since I went to Sam ntuli branch for follow up ,only to find out that Mr Laka consultant at qwaqwa branch free state never submitted all the documents ,that I needed to sign , he claims he contacted me but that's not an excuse because he could have atleast send me a massage to notify me what's happening. I feel so frustrated as he is now very Rude to me and he cant explain why couldn't he finish the application and make me sign all the documents while I was still @ the branch, i feel that Africa bank staff have attitude problem, and need more training on service, just because we apply for loan doesn't mean they must treat people like trash and dis respect people. I waited for 3 days I could have went to another bank.but since I'm their client I patiently waited now I'm.stuck all thanks to Laka from qwaqwa branch. Its only today he submits my application for what reason I don't know, I have to wait again. And yet you saying you treat customers fairly. I don't see that happening any time soon.if u still have people like that.
I'm writing this as a very disappointed and very angry customer ,with the service from air Botswana travel , I booked a flight and I cancelled within 24 hours I phoned I spoke to hlelani zondo to approve and I was told to send an email I got a confirmation that my refund and cancellation has been done and I will receive payment within 8 weeks , I received a call this morning and the deny agreeing to pay me back, now theh telling me that I booked via agents and they can't help me my concern is why I wasn't told this the time I phoned, or told on on time , so this could be sorted out they only contact me today , as much as they responded via email.. hldlani zondo was very rude and unhelpful I wonder if air botswana keeps people like that to work with customers , such behaviour is un acceptable and very disgusting I was expecting to be helped by all means possible as I am about to loose R2300.00 it's a lot of money and they phoned ,me to tell me they can't help me, I must contact the agents of which I dint hv all that information cause the booking was done online, the could hv escalated the matter were I can be helped, I never received such an attitude in my whole life.. I never felt so dis- respected isn't it they suppose to assist cause they managed to cancel the booking now going forward I cannot be assisted.i would like the matter to be sorted out and request my money back.
