They have the worse accommodation and they dont yake us customers serious. We didn't occupy the apartment because of its unbearable conditions. Filthy, moulded no air-conditioning in 34⁰. They are not even trying to meet us halfway.
I rented a car on the 08/10/2025 -10/10/2025, I have called them 3 times already requesting my deposit. Even today I haven't received it. Their last excuse was that I am owing them R51. How can they keep my R6k for R51??? I think they are used to this,this is how they **** people's money. Please check your refund.
I have been trying to book a flight for R3386 and couldn't go through. Instead the error message advised to call the agent( ebucks travel) who booked the ticket for R3950 Instead of R3380. This looks like the money making scheme fir FNB. I am so not happy! Even after checking the same flight after they booked it for me it was still R3389!
I had a consultant that told me due to the monthly charges that I pay, I qualify for an upgrade to private wealth client from private client. That when my nightmares started with FNB. The inconvenience of not getting the benefits that you are used to and pay for. I mean my cards are not tapping, my fone is not tapping my Samsung wallet cannot be verified. There is alot. I mean there would be insufficient fund errors that are charging me R8 per error. Declined till payments. It has been a turmoil with this bank. Even today nothing has happened. I changed on the 3rd of October and it is the 1st of November now. I am still in that mess. FNB has became a **** bank in daylight.
I reported a *****ulent transaction a minute after it was done and they couldn't reverse it! How is that possible? They are saying I approved those transactions. I didn't receive the OTP and app notification to approve it. Their security system is weak and they don't take accountability for it. Our money is not safe with this bank.
I went to vodacom VnA for the replacement of my device Note 10 since it was lost and it is insured with vodacom. Because who ever was helping me wanted me to take Samsung S series I was told Samsung is doing away with Notes and I can also use my note 10 S pen with S21+. Even though my heart was with Notes I took that S21+ which is nothing close to Samsung note and worse the S pen does not work with it. And when I raise this issue with vodacom that their employee sold me a lie it is now my word against hers and they are taking her side. I'm so not happy with this device, it is frustrating me to the core!
I had a very disgusting experience with the Indian lady(Mary) who was a floor manager yesterdày 27/01/2020. Without trying to understand where I'm coming from my fustrations after going up and down for 1 item I bought from Totalsports pavillion she talked to the guy who was trying to help me saying I'm unreasonable customer. After finding a courage to talk to me she asked if it was their fault that I chose that product? Why do they have it in the shop if the customers are not supposed to buy it. Again she said the problem is between me and the manufacturer not with Totalsports, again my question is why are they allowed that manufacturer to the shop if they don't want to deal with them and customers. That woman didn't have a good attitude let alone the managerial s****. I wonder how she got that job?
They are full of empty promises. I changed my security company to them about a month ago. The installer came with short equipment, when he came back ge did half of the job! The gurd cell he put is even today not working! But they had guts to debit my account! What service am I paying for? Fully disgusted!!!
Telkom isvthe most scamming company ever. They suck the blood out ofctheir customers. They dont deserve to have cistomers they need to shut down. They are daylight robbers! I feel sorry for customers who are still loyal to Telkom, get anther service provider while you can.
