I just want give two thumbs up to the excellent service received from the delivery guys Justin and Bradley. I bought a bed for my cousin. She unfortunately stay in a block of flats, and they had to carry it all the way up to 3rd floor. They made it look so easy and then they even had a laugh about because it was their 1st delivery for the day and they were super tired afterwards😁. Good job guys! Keep up the good work.
I am so happy with the service I received from Cleon. He really went out of his way to help. From the email he send me to the call to let me know I'll receive my bed the next day. Keep up the good work sir. He really went above and beyond

I realized on the 18th of March that I don't have any internet connection. I called Rain and to my surprise found out I did a Sim Swap. I asked them to cancel my sim swap and activate my service again. After hanging up the call I realized that I still don't have a connection. After several calls and speaking to clueless call centre agents someone finally told me that a sim swap can't be reversed. I got the new sim card on Wednesday (22th of March) and called the call centre to activate it. The agent said it will take 24hours for my service to resume. I waited to no avail. I still don't have a connection up until today. I called again today and some supervisor told me the sim swap was cancelled and he will escalate my query. I don't think anyone of these people know what they are doing. I want my internet to work again...that is what I paid for. I am really fed up with Rain. I need someone to sort out my connection ASAP.

He was rude and actually told me that I need to relax more. He is arrogant and doesn't listen to the customer.
My items were supposed to be delivered on the 9th of this month. Until today I'm still waiting for it. I called them on the 10th, Zarah M promised me I'll receive my items the Saturday. No one came. Zarah sent me an email again the next day to say they didn't forget about me and that they'll keep me up to date. On the 13th of June, Leluthu S sent me an email saying the driver have been hijacked and they'll keep me up to date. I am still waiting for someone to get back to me. I feel sorry for the driver, but seriously takealot that is not my problem. Refund me or sent me my goods again! Is that too much to ask. I am not happy with the service I'm receiving.
Since joining dotsure over 2 years ago, I only have good things to say. Whenever Cooper gets sick, he gets a "get well soon" note. After sending in the paperwork, the money is paid in my account the next day. The consultants are always friendly and are competent. I'm extremely happy with the service I'm receiving from them. Keep up the good work.
I placed an order on the 15th of Dec. It clearly said my order will be delivered within 2-3 working days. I received an email to says the order had been delayed but that I'll receive it by the 24th of Dec. Mind you, this is a Christmas gift for someone. Today I found out that I'll only receive the item on the 28th!!!!! I'm so angry with this pathetic service I'm receiving. This will be my first and last time buying from them.
