I am writing to express our extreme disappointment and frustration with the appalling service and conditions experienced by my Director at your Bidvest Pet Services facility at George Airport. The staff on duty were unhelpful and appeared indifferent to both the pets’ welfare and the customers’ needs. The facility itself was in a shocking state — unsanitary and entirely unsuitable for animals or paying customers. We witnessed chemicals, plastics, cigarette butts, and even used ******s scattered around. There was no fresh water available for the pets after a long journey, which is wholly unacceptable and a clear health and safety concern. The area appeared more like a staff hangout than a professional pet-care facility. It also lacked any provisions for customers in the event that clean-up or assistance was required. To make matters worse, the manager was not on site, and when contacted, they were rude and dismissive rather than helpful. This experience was not only unpleasant but deeply concerning from an animal welfare and customer service standpoint. We have video evidence of these conditions and are prepared to escalate this matter if it is not addressed promptly and appropriately. We expect a formal response and clear corrective action to ensure no other customers or their pets endure similar treatment.
Legit **** policy had noting but pure hassles. Pay every month but can never claim they always find a way to dodge a claim. Save your cash and pay for your repairs yourself.
The worst aftermarket sales department I've ever met. Once you a customer they don't care about issues with their devices. You need to do all the running around to make sure they follow-up and do their job. We pay each month and that's all they care about but they have faulty devices and poor customer services. Their call center is met with lengthy call waiting periods and agents who sound asleep no professionalism. At cartrack you are indeed a number not a customer they care about.
I have to say your customer service is terrible. I've been making multiple requests from your accounts to help me resolve a billing issue on my account and its just been ignored and no one ever gets back to me. Each time I request assistance Im told a sales person will contact me to reinstate my account but then a increased invoice each month with absorbent interest with cancellation costs. Its been going on since January. I wish I was never a customer of Vox!
Done a upgrade request online waiting 3 weeks for a response and going onto a month just to upgrade my device. I been spending so much on apple products and this is the service you get its terrible. Highly disappointed.
Endless billing issues!!! Cancelled line but still getting billed and even on my active lines there is just issues every month! I'm trying to switch service providers because after 6 good years with telkom I've had enough
