4636286NF still nothing. One email from Boitumelo after sending all required documents. And thereafter nothing. No answers on direct line. Nothing. More than 50 attempts to call nothing.
Its now been two months, and still an sollution to my case seems to be inpossible. Ive called. Ive emailed. All I get is automated responses, and no answers from any of the appointed people.
Biggest fraudsters out there. Hold an a Online auction. Advertises product as in this case 12m x 6m. Single photo from the front only no way to confirm. When i went to view after being invoiced i saw the product is 12m x6m only. Raised a query. Changed invoice description only. Price stays the same. According to them their false advertising is my responsibility. Fraudsters!!!
So, as i read through the reviews its seems that what i am experiencing have and currently still is happening to many customers. I have place an order on March the 5th paid,gone through the verification process and then the wait started as it was stated that i will receive the product by the end of March. Then came March the 23rd and i got the following update "We have received our first allocation of PS5 consoles and have dispatched these from the most aged pre-order to the most recent. Furthermore, our suppliers have indicated that our next allocation of PS5’s is scheduled for the 2nd week of April. We will keep you updated in this regard, however should you have any queries, please do not hesitate to email us at info@rentoza.co.za. Best Regards, Richard" Please note that when the order was placed nothing of this kind was mentioned. Still i replied to this email as follows " Hi Richard. Am i getting mine with the first or second allocation? As i understood when ordering that i will receive it by end of March 2021? " to which again i got a reply stating the following " Kino Smith-Aitken (Rentoza) Mar 24, 2021, 8:45 GMT+1 Good Morning Hope you are well Your item will be shipped with the second allocation of ps5 Please kindly bare with us as we received them separately. Apologies Kind Regards Rentoza" So again the wait commenced. Up until April the 8th 2021 on which I logged into my account to find the following update done on my subscription without any communication beforehand as to why or how this is happening " The subscription was suspended and will be reactivated on 12/12/21." Now ease note that this was until i saw it not communicated to me in any way so i went ahead and asked them "Why was my subscription cancelled?" The reply from Rentoza then stated " Smith-Aitken (Rentoza) Apr 7, 2021, 12:01 GMT+2 Good Day Hope you are well It was suspended for the time being so debits does not go off on your account as we aware you have not received your order as of yet. If you would like to make a payment we can send you a payment link, Kind Regards Rentoza" Now this was a confusing and unclear answer. I have zero customer satisfaction and do not trust rentoza even a little bit. They do not communicate with their customers when making changes,and with every single communication attempt blatantly lie to their customers. And most important of all they do not keep true to their promises and word.
When opening account the service and the ease with which this was done is uncompared towards any other bank.
This company advertises products thats apparently on discount. But each and every single time i look at their market price compared to their discounted price I find the exact same item on takealot or other providers for the same price or cheaper. The retail price they discount from is a sham.

Money being paid in at atm. Then suddenly atm kicks offline and swallow the money. FNB assistant says to fill in a slip a debosot slip but they can't give you proof.
Well for this whole week leading upto black Friday vodacom has been sending out marketing SMS. And then comes black Friday and that which they promised or advertised does not show as said it would. In other words this is false advertising.
I've phoned this bank as a private client account holder more than once. I use my card to make purchases after which I get an FNB notification telling me that the money has been deducted from my available balance. After a few days this same amount gets deducted again for the same purchase not from pending or reserved funds but from available funds. Thus they use my available funds to pay for purchases which was already reserved for the same purchase. When you phone them they keep going on about the merchant this and that but does not do a thing other than sending you a dispute form which in its own does not allow me via any of the options to dispute what happened. In other word FNB has started stealing from me and don't understand what they are doing or how their own system works.
