I'm so disappointed with Huawei Cares insurance. Recently I received an increase of 8% for a cellphone. I didn't mind up until i found out from someone who claimed. The person who claimed told me that Huawei Cares took more than 2 months to approve her claim because they were saying they can't find a phone the same as the one she lost. Why are you looking for the same phone as the one I lost because that phone is probably now cheaper in price? Meaning they are cheating her since she was insured for the value of the phone she lost. Finally she got the approval and they charged more than 50% excess fee, whereas their contract says 25%. I'm so disappointed in Huawei Cares.
Loving a certain brand will be the end of us. Huawei keeps on dissapointing yet I'm still here because I love their brand. First it was their call center agent about a non existent sale for repairs at the end of March. I went there on Easter Friday to find the store closed. Immediately called their call center, I was promised a discount. Let's just say by the time I got the discount I had wasted a lot of airtime on call and data on emails. Finally got the discount and got the quotation price for the repair, it was more like I was buying a new phone. The quotation was more than R5000 to repair a Huawei P20. I got a call out of nowhere before I even said anything about the ridiculous price for the repair and got offered a brand new phone for R5400. I accepted the offer on the 23 April 2024, even now I'm still waiting to be advised how I go about it. Someone by the name of Fazel Bolley replies to my email after more than 7 days. Now this morning I wake to an adverti*****t of Huawei Band 8 Sakura Pink for R764, when I get to the website it's R899. The extra 15% off doesn't go off because minimum payment for this coupon hasn't been reached. Why didint you say you get this watch for R764 if you buy for this certain amount which is not stated anywhere. False advertising to drive traffic to your website. I'm seriously getting tired of Huawei and them misleading customers.
Don't Boxer Superstores Jeppe train their staff on customer service? I was queueing at a parcel counter between 15:00-15:18, we were told to stand in a way that allows people to pass since the parcel counter is in the passage. The queue was long and there was a lady with a toddler child and the child even almost got injured while playing with a trolley. While we were waiting in a queue, another customer came and stood where the lady told us not to stand, guess what when another customer came to collect, this boxer staff (I was told her name is Sihe, I didn't see a name tag on her, even the one who told me this name didn't have a name tag on) helped this customer. When we complained, she said she didn't know that this particular customer skipped the queue. We asked her about counters that are empty, she told us they don't have tags. When we asked her why, she said parcel counter is not her job, the person who works in a parcel counter is absent. Does this mean that when allocate a duty to a person, they can't take responsibility for that particular duty? Don't your staff member know that the easiest thing to do when dealing with customer is to say sorry? Can you believe we asked if she won't apologize for what she just did, she didn't even bother apologizing. She just defended what she did by saying she didn't know this person skipped the queue. I even asked her if she was going to lose anything if she said sorry, she just looked at me and kept quiet. When it was my turn to drop my parcels, she dropped my parcel. I wonder if it was a mistake or on purpose. Luckily I didn't have anything fragile in the parcels. Please teach your staff how to talk to customers and handle parcels. It's not like we leave our parcels by choice, we are forced and on top of that there is a disclaimer that you leave them at your own risk. How long does it take to replace tags that are lost? It's painful to stand in a queue waiting for other customers to come back while there are empty counters that can't be used because they don't have tags.

There is a clinic inside the pharmacy where you can consult at a fee, I feel the fee is affordable. The nurse assisting in the clinic is so friendly, I like the fact that she explains things in such a way that it's easy to understand.
This is a pharmacy and you can also consult in the pharmacy. The consultation prices are so affordable and once you are done consulting, you buy your medicine in the pharmacy. The staff there is so friendly and helpful. When you are not feeling, most of the time, you are not in the mood to deal with rude staff and this is the place to be if you don't want to deal with rude staff.
I was in Mafikeng FNB and the staff there were so helpful and understanding. I had received an ewallet which I was struggling to get a new OTP for because the old OTP had expired. I tried several times to get a new pin but failed. I went to FNB Mafikeng, that is when I discovered that the ewallet was sent in my second number which is in the same phone. I managed to get my ewallet and even got a card. Thank you so much to FNB Mafikeng staff.
I ordered a travel bag on Look and I chose Clicks to collect the Pargo parcel from. The delivery was quick and even the collection was easy. I managed to get my bag right on time and I was able to use it to travel.
