I am an existing client but i have been rejected just after paying them . they said im rejected. I efford their installment monthly.
Bad service as an existing client I am an existing customer. I never missed their premium. But this month just after paying them . when i reapplyed for same amount they rejected me imagine. They dont care how im i going to survive because i paid them and i was borrowing to be assisted. I am really in pain
I am an existing client but this month after deductible their installment and send me a message thai i will qualify for another loan. But when i apply they rejected me just like that. What a bad service as i have been their client and never missed installment.

Good Morning. I deposited money through OZOW payment Capitec pay on my Hollywoodbets account and it was not credited I started with R100 and it was deducted from my bank and I do R50 rand again samething happens but it said successful on my hollywood website, still it was not credited. I contacted them on the same day they had to make me go up and down even when I send proof to them. I tried all platforms of contacting them and spoke with about 4 consultant at different times. I spoke with Wandile saturday, second Siphiwe Dube Saturday, third Nokwazi yesterday and today Snokuthula. I hav sent proof but nothing is enough to them, I also send my communication with Capitec bank still they refused to credit that R150 into my account. Some consultant promised that they got the proof of payment and my account will be credited within an hour but nothing happened its over 48 hours since Saturday morning. My R150 it taken by Hollywood just like that it's no longer safe to use their instant EFT because they will refuse to credit it when their system is down. Such a big company can even refuse to credit R150 that they took from your account.
I was working for Avbob and my contract was terminated due to target. I asked for a letter from my manager Peter to show that my contract is terminated since i was told via whatsapp by my manager. He told me that i am not going to be sent a letter via Email because i was a waste/not making target for the company. N he said i must wait for a letter that i will receive via post as its what i deserve. I asked for the letter to be sent to my email as i used to receive everything via email like payslip or any other communication, but for a letter of temination or service im told that i dont deserve it by email. Even today i cannot even claim my UIF because Avbob cant send me that letter and being called a waste to company because of not making target. I requested that to my manager Peter from Midrand branch. I waited for too long now but nothing
I was enrolled on the 23rd november 2020 at 17:56pm. And i contacted the college to cancel the contract as its the 5th working day. I received a call saying i can cancel today is the last day of 5 days and i was provided with the email to send a cancelation. I did so. The person called kingston responed and said no i cant cancel and he os forcing me to study for 36 months. But the first person who called me confirmed that i can still cancel. Now Kingston dont want to cancel my contact and give me my deposit back knowing that today is my last day of cancelation. N he never responded after that. N the online support couldnt assist aswell. Once you join the stock market college and decide to cancel the 5 working day rule its a lie. Talking from experience. Now my deposit money is gone with them since i dont want to study with them anymore and i followed the right process of cancelation. Kingston was so unfair of his decision and he never responded on email anymore to avoid me signing off the cancellation knowing that tomorrow they will give me different story to say its over 5 days (tomorrow).
I went to pick n pay Thavhani Mall to buy food and the cost me R350, i used my card n they swiped my card and i got a notification to say that money is deducted for grocery . The cashier said she cannot give me grocery because the card did not go through she called a lady called The supervisor and they requested my bank statement to proof of which i gave them . They told me that it will be refunded. I waited and nothing , i went to them again using my own money for taxi about 4 times. I called the store manager he said i must come today , when i get to te store he was not there n my issue still was not resolved. They said they cant trace it. But bank statement is there to proove that i paid. No grocery and no money in the account i went home with nothing. Even today nothing was paid. Its close to a month now. Everyone in the branch seems to know my story because when i get to the branch they will say you havent got ur money? Now pick n pay is running their business and they dont care that i ddnt get my grocery and the money. M tired of going to the store but i come back with nothing they will just say we will call you but no one will call only wen i call them they say come to the store but when i get there nothing will happen . Wasted money for transport daily 38 rand by 4 . For nothing. Still no money is refunded. My 350 just went to pick n pay for nothing . Just for them to profit.
