They ****** me of my money. They haven't refunded me up to date. I ordered last month, on the 23rd of March 2026 and cancelled the order same day. They are quiet, not responding to my emails. They are so unprofessional!!!

What a terrible service from Sunshine cash and carry online store. They put an incorrect image and description of their products, as a result, I ordered incorrect items. After then, I realized that the description isn't of the image, then I canceled the order. That was on the 23rd of March, today is the 2nd of April, and they are failing to refund my R964. I've been sending them emails, of which they are failing even to reply to them.

What a terrible service from Sunshine cash and carry online store. They put an incorrect image and description of their products, as a result, I ordered incorrect items. Be very careful of ordering online from this company www.sunshinecashandcarry.co.za. We placed and paid for an order on 27 April 2025 - the order and payment were acknowledged - the order was not dispatched - it is almost impossible to contact the company and when you do get hold of customer support they promise that they will sort it out / dispatch in 2 days / escalate and then they don't. It is now 18 March 2026 and we have still not received our order.

Complaint: I purchased a packet of soup from Sunshine Cash and Carry in Roodepoort, Gauteng. While preparing it for myself and my 7-year-old child, I discovered a worm and web-like contamination inside the packet. Unfortunately, we had already consumed some of the soup before noticing the contamination. The product’s best before date is 20 January 2027. I have inspected all other food items in my cupboards and found no infestation, which raises serious concern that the contamination originated from the product itself. I reported this matter directly to the store manager and attached photographic evidence, but I have not received any response. This is a serious health and safety concern, especially involving a child. I request urgent investigation and resolution.

I regularly shop at Sunshine, but today a cashier named Mokwebo Mueletshedzi treated me disrespectfully. She flatly refused to assist me in putting my groceries in plastic bags. She informed me that her shift had ended. She called a female security guard to gang up against me. I have never seen such a high level of disrespect.

I bought groceries at a sunshine Roodepoort only to find out when l was home that l was charged for something l never bought went back to the store with a hope that they will check their cameras only to find out that their cameras are not working,they said they will investigate the matter and get back to me till today l haven't heard from them l'm very disappointed 😞 on them

I ordered on their website and paid R2100 on their website on 16 June, after 7 days I enquired about my order which their Manager khaya said theres is a system glitch and I will be refunded on the 27th of June after numerous calls she asked me to email her my banking details the refund will be processed with 7 to 21 days. I have been sending emails and calling they will ignore you the ladies in reception they are always following up and escalating but they never come back with to you. Today its the 23rd of October almost 4 months with no communication . The last time I wrote a review here they disputed it as if they were going to refund me. Their service is pathetic I even stopped doing groceries there at their main store in Roodepoort
