I and my hubby were at Nando's in Johannesburg at Carlton center. We oftenely eat at Nados and we've been enjoying your food. But today, we were very disappointed at your "relish pap/pap relish". We were craving for pap and gravy with chicken today and so we decided to go there. But, your pap relish was just a pap with some boiled tomato that tasted terrible with some sauce. We couldn't even eat your extra pap that we bought and, worst, we asked one of the employees to please exchange pap and give us rice instead, but she refused. We really begged her, but insisted on saying she cannot exchange that pap. We were forced to take that thing home, only to throw it away🥲
I'm very disappointed with PRASA's employee. A lady who is working at the ticket exam gate in Parkstation Johannesburg, by the name of Norah. So, one of the guys who sells in town gave this lady his monthly ticket, while the lady demanded them to buy a second parcel ticket. The guy went to buy it, when he came back Norah didn't give his ticket back. So, the guy had to buy single tickets for 3 days, going to and back from Joburg town. Of which he doesn't even have that money. My intention is not to ruin the lady's life, but rather to ask PRASA that they really employ people who are suitable for the job. Norah is so very rude, in such a way that she even illtreated her colleague when she was trying to assist in returning the ticket. The lady, whom I don't remember her name, was literally crying when she came from Norah. PRASA, please don't take this lite, deal with it accordingly, and do justice by refunding the guy his money. Your employee tried to **** the needy person!!! WHAT A SHAME!!
I've been using alcophyllex ever since and it's been so helpful to me and all the family, when it comes to chest relief, cough and blocked nose. So this week I bought two from two different pharmacies and this alcophyllex is just dyed water. I couldn't even take them back to pharmacies, because the fault is with manufacturer. Worst there are no contact details from your website. Please fix your problem, add whatever that is short. Very disappointed in you guys!
Let's just be honest here, this buffalo doesn't exist. It seems like a **** company that only *****s from people. There's no company that can sabotage itself like this! Let me just accept that I'm one of their victims, I'll never get my parcel.
1 star is a favor. You guys really deserve a negative five (-5) stars! My parcel is stuck in one place, since Thursday the 14th of March there's no update. I paid all fees required! I wonder how do you get clients if you are so ***********?
If there was 10 stars, I would definitely give it to you Rain. I lost my Rain sim card in a train and I was so worried. But when I called Rain for help, they went all out to assist me. You guys are the best, from your consultants to courier that you are working with. Keep up the good work! I'm impressed! 💐
Terrible service from your logistics company(BUFFA-LOW)!! My parcel isn't moving anymore, it's stuck in one place now whenever when I track it. They say "returned, wrongly allocated." and it's been two days now. Or maybe they want to ***** my parcel??? Advise: If you want to have business in SA, stop working with 'Buffa-low' because they will ruin your business. I've just lost my interest in you, Temu!
How POOR your service is. It's like you don't even have a clue about your business! I placed an order with Temu, paid for clearance but now my parcel status isn't moving. It's been on "returned, wrongly allocated" for 2 days now. You're unreachable, because even your email doesn't work. Please fix this!!! I want my parcel!!!
I've been using rain for 2 years without any problem. Rain debits on the 25th of every month, they last debited on the 25th of January 2024, the next date should be the 25th of February 2024. But to my surprise, rain cut my internet yesterday(15 February 2024) then when I logged in there was a message saying that I should pay upfront for February in order for me to continue using their services. WHY????? THIS IS REALLY FRUSTRATING AND VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! FIX IT, RAIN!
