Ashley from Rocketnet has come through and resolved the problem that I had with my WIFI in hours. The man is a miracle worker.
I cancelled my subscription end of January with MWEB because of very poor service. To date MWEB is blocking me from going to a new company because they do not want to clear my subscription. What do I have to do. Vumatel who owns the Fibre is just as useless and are unable to help
Cancelled my subscription with MWEB before end January. Today 17/02/2026 out of spite they still haven't cancelled the line thus preventing me from going with a new comapany. Vumatel and Rocknet have not been of great help at all. If it wasn't for Afrihost, I wouldn't have known what the problem was.
App**** for Vumatel fibre before end of January 2026. Today 12 February 2026 I still have not been connected. This company does not speak to human beings. Everything has to be done online or on Whatsapp. How much longer do I have to wait. Tried to go with another company but I am being blocked by Rocketnet/Vumatel "pending" application.
Being a +20 year loyal MTN customer counts for nothing. YMD5EA2EFABF7 [#RC0723087][LDUISHB] My contract was renewed October 2025. The consultant who called me had a special offer. Get a new Huawei phone and a watch. The phone was delivered but no watch. MTN then informed me that the offer made to me had expired. They told me that I could return my phone and go to an MTN branch and sign up for a new contract that offered me said watch. I wrote a review on Hello Peter and no one from MTN contacted me. A few weeks later I got a phone call from a company engaged by MTN enquiring about my experience. They later sent me an SMS telling me that my case was valid and that the consultant made an ******* offer and I therefore qualified for the watch. Needless to say, I never received the watch. Lo and behold. Received a call (083 653 2357) from MTN today 07 January 2026 @ 16h24 informing me that my contract expired in October 2025 and if I would like to renew the contract. As I was explaining to the consultant, he checked his records and confirmed a Sandra I think Prinsloo indeed contacted my last year etc. He then dropped the call leaving my frustrated and angry. MTN YOU ARE ****ING ******. PEOPLE TALK ABOUT STATE *******ION BUT YOU ARE JUST THE SAME. MOTHER ****ERS I ****ING HATE YOU.

I told her that I was not going through the whole drama again and that they should listen to my recording and do what they needed to do. After much drama with my delivery company I got my phone. I obviously enquired about the watch. After going back and forth for days I eventually got a call from an agent informing me that the promotion ended month ago and that I could go to any MTN store, return my device and get a new/new phone and watch. My reaction obviously was "so, you do have watches but you are not prepared to give one to a customer of 30 years." The agent was "yes." MTN, please explain to me how you have a recording of my conversation with your agent proving the offer that she made and yet you expect me to be inconvenienced. After Hello Peter, my next stop is the ombudsman or legal advice.
MW30287337 Did not have service for nearly three weeks and yet I'm being charged for the entire month.
First reported fault 10 February. Never received a call from MWEB. After my numerous calls, Britepoint came and looked at the problem. They left their black box to do something. You send me an SMS daily informing me that the case is still open. What I think of MWEB is blablabla.....you run your company like a ****a shop.
If I could give a minus rating, I would. I HATE YOU RIGHT NOW!!
Order Number: 115864366 What is Takealots customer service email address. The whole systems is mind boggling. Their website is of no help.
