I feel like Procard is a ****. You pay 1.85 k for six free nights @ selected Protea hotels. My benefits will expire in Oct 2026. To date, I haven't been able to redeem any voucher because no Protea hotel wants to redeem. I need my money back to get at least one night.
I sent a message to booking .Com but they are not responding
A company called Icyrake. com has been making two deductions since 28 March. I didn't know who they are, I even had to Google to find out what they do. I never authorised a subscription with them. Mid June I contacted them on chat box, I stopped the membership which I never app**** for but the deduction still went through. I stopped my credit card immediately in June and I got a new card. I am horrified because they still deducted on the new card. This means Capitec allowed them.
I bought a Tivoli tap during 2022. Around March 2023, if I am not mistaken, the tap was leaking and I reported the fault. The fault was attended to timeously. But our hapiness didnt last. The tap started leaking in January and the fault reported on 29 January 2024. CTM requested me to provide a video with an explanation. This was submitted to CTM on 30 January 2024. On 21 February 2024 I went to the store to find out why they have not responded to my request. I was then promised by Brian Simelane (the manager I had been talking to since the beginning of this saga). To date I have not heard from Brian Simelane no anyone from CTM. I am extremely disappointed as I have always trusted CTM and not other hardware stores. They have lost my loyalty. May I please be compensated for water that I am paying for without enjoying the necessary benefits. They cannot just turn a blind eye when South Africa is struggling with water supply. CTM must be charged for their don't care demeanor.
Unhappy about response from Makro I have been conversing with David Mabena about my query. The las response from him was that the is no evidence that my daughter brought the laptop at the Milnerton store. I rep**** stating that the person who attended to my daughter when she was there was not competent because she said to her she will make a note that she brought the laptop but my daughter was not given any reference number. Secondly I told them that on that day my daughter didn't have the invoice and the Makro personnel printed it. So Makro should check their cameras & even the printer work for that particular day. Thirdly my question is, what is the life span of the battery, is it less than 2 years. To date Makro has never responded
I purchased a laptop on special for R7, 999.00 at Crown Makro in jhb on 13 March 2021 with a warranty of 2 years . My daughter realised that it doesn't charge if it is not plugged when we started to have a 4hourly loadshedding since the battery lasts for+/- 2hours. She only uses it at her place of residence, otherwise she could have noticed earlier. On 20 February 2023 I wrote to Makro notifying them about this fault. On 21 February 2023 David Mabena from Makro responded as per the statement below 👇 Kindly note that the item will need to be returned to your nearest Makro store for further assessment and repairs. A refund or exchange can only be granted after the completion of a repair booking report from the supplier. Once the 14-day return policy period has ended, the above process is required before any credit or exchange can be granted. Following this my daughter took the laptop on 10/03/2023 to Milnerton Makro in Cape town. She was then informed l that it will take 21 day for the issue to be resolved. She explained to them that she needs to finish off her assignments. She was informed that they will make a note and she will bring it back when she is ready. When she was done with the laptop she came back to jhb to return it since it was school vacation.Last week she came back home with the laptop. I took it to Makro Mainreef on 06 April 2023 and subsequently received this message."Makro Repair ID 2835366 has been booked in". On 12 April 2023 Makro sent me this message" Makro Repair ID 2835366 is ready for collection. Any products not collected in 3 months will be sold." I then called Makro to enquire about this. Then they informed me that the supplier says the warranty has expired and I will have to pay for repairs. I couldn't understand because the laptop was taken to Makro in Milnerton on 10 March, which was few days earlier and in addition and the query submitted a month earlier. I don't understand because my daughter was told that they will make a note and she should bring the laptop when she is done with the laptop, and she explained that she will be done in three weeks time. Does it mean that Makro puts the stuff that must be thrown in the bin on special. Surely this is a *******. Recently I bought a laptop for my other child for 10k and it is working perfectly. So for the difference of R2000 I get a s****. Please help, I need my money back.
I called Vodacom on 0821958 yesterday and the voice recording states that I will receive an SMS or email, and this did not happen. At the end of the voice message, I am directed to call 0821958. I recall that previously I called in January to cancel one of my contacts which was on a month to month basis but the cancellation was only done in October.
My name is Princess Nevondo. I have been waiting for my order number 2126459 which according to your delivery policy was supposed to be delivered by 17:00 on 09/03/2023 but I have not received it. It is now more than 12 hours.
I am writing this complaint for the 2nd if not 3rd time. 1. In March & May 2021 i lodged a complaint regarding request for cancellation of the contract for 0726294234. I spoke to Paul on 05 May 2021 who advised me to write to Ishmael masotshatyana@altron. I only realized later that I didn't get the address correctly but I lodged another query where I was informed that I will get a refund from the months that the cancellation call was logged. To date i have not received anything from Vodacom. 2. The above complaint included cancelation for the contract for 0674029248 & 0724799198. Same story, I was promised in July 2021 that a refund will be done effective date( when i logged the cancellation). To date nothing received 3. Another complaint is for 07654005214. The router, which is still in a sealed box was delivered to my house against my refusal to take the contract. The story is as follows: - i received a call from Mondo regarding 50 Gig contract. I explained to the sales person that i need a contract which is not more than R350, I see that theirs is R349. The other condition was that I have to cancel the 0726294234 with Vodacom and my employer because my employer will not re- imburse me at the same time I had thought that the contract was not due for an upgrade . The sales person advised me that the contract was a month to month so I can cancel anytime. The other condition was that i needed data to use in the house and when I am away from home. Thereafter I received a call from sales person who asked me about the decision. I advised the sales person that I don't want to take the contract as the 20 Gig was still registered at work. He forced but I just no, the next i received a big box and didn't know what it was for because I never took contracts telephonicaliy. After some time I called Vodacom and was directed to Mondo. When i called Mondo, the phone always directed me to a voice message advising that due to lockdown they are on low capacity. Then i sent an email for cancellation. The last email I wrote was when i was responding to the question I was asked regarding the network for the contract. 4. On 26 April 2021 I requested the recording after Mondo said my allegations were unfounded. They informed me that I can only listen to the recording at a Vodacom store. I then requested them to send to Maponya Mall but the recording were never sent until the shop closed. In January 2021 I spoke to Simphiwe from Mondo. She said to me she will send recordings to the nearest Vodacom. She then called me and told me that she is still struggling to send. To date i never heard from her. On 29 March 2022 I spoke to Andiswa about the recording. She said she will send to Mpho who works at Vodacom the Glen. When I enquired , Mpho told me she received emails from Mondo but they sent the recordings without the actual recordings. I would like to be refunded all the money as i did not agree to take this contract.
Last year January I bought an Acer Laptop at Cash crusaders at The Glen shopping Centre for R4300.. The salesperson (Sphiwe) recommended a core i3 after I indicated that i needed a fast one because my daughter is studying computer program. Sphiwe advised that the core i3 is the top of the range only to find that he was lying. Due to covid- i couldn't get access. On 22 Feb 2021 i went there to return and get a better deal. Then i was told that they dont have anything better but they can only give me R200.00. I refused and they topped it to R2500. I feel robbed and now i have forfeited almost R2000. I need to be reimbursed for the loss because I cant buy any good laptop with R2500
