I went to this Mugg and bean today 2026/02/18. Cashier SNdlovu48 please smile and be willing to assist customers. I came through to order no greeting from him, he took my order, did not ask if I was paying cash or card he assumed I’m using card. He then processed the sale and went away. Without even giving me the slip. My order was done, he just put my things there and did not even bother letting me know that I must take the lid for the latte and help myself with everything else (sugar, etc). He just put my things there and disappeared, I stood there until I turned and saw actually I must do it myself. Please **** a smile atleast and communicate better!!
Pathetic, horrible customer service. I was expecting a delivery on the 23rd of December 2025 and the driver didn’t pitch. Nobody bothered to call me and re-arrange a delivery, I had to call and find out what happened. I rearranged for them to deliver today the 29th December, the driver gets here and advised my finger prints are not going through. I called dsv. Spoke to Kemoabetswe and Makhadzi whom don’t really know the meaning of a 1st call resolution. They told me there’s nothing they can do I must call MTN. Why are clients supposed to be the ones calling and fixing such instead of these agents doing it themselves ???? I don’t want that order anymore, I called MTN and their options are not getting me to speak to an agent. I just want to cancel!!!!!!!!
I have been writing to you guys regarding my refund and for you to give me a new contract but with the same deal I initially took before you gave me a faulty iPhone. I’m tired of explaining my story everytime. I’ve spoken to a lot of consultants who does not know anything about the first call resolution. My query was from Helo Peter and I didn’t just write once , but 3 times and still no one could do their job properly. I need the next agent who will call me to assist me right away. It’s exhausting calling you guys fir the same thing everyday, check my query on your notes and give me a call when you have answers or solution rather.
I am still waiting for my refund and someone to call me to offer the same contract that you cancelled of an iPhone double deal. I don’t want to choose a different package I want the same one i initially took. It it not my fault that you gave me a phone that was faulty. Someone said someone senior will call me to re-activate the deal for me.
I have never had so so so horrible experience with a service provider. You guys treat your customers like you doing them a favour. Following my previous complaint, the phones were finally picked up last Friday and today it’s a Wednesday nobody from Vodacom has contacted me to advise of a way forward or to officially cancel the contract. Again, the person that was assisting me with my initial online complaint advised that since they are taking both phones back , contract will be cancelled and I will have to reapply again but if the double deal no longer exists I will have to choose another deal. I told him that I will not do that this is more like an exchange and it was never my problem that you guys sold me a phone that freezes and if it wasn’t for that I was not going to request to cancel the contract. I am demanding the same double deal I initially opted for , it’s only fair to me as a customer. Lastly, I am still waited for you to give me my refund since you debited prorate even after I had called in to let you know that one phone is not working.
I would honestly rate you 0 if the option was there. I had done an online contract for a double deal of iPhones and the delivery took 3 weeks to happen. Eventually the driver decided to come but couldn’t give me the phones because there was a problem with his finger prints machine. I called the call centre to arrange for a manual delivery and I was transferred from pillar to post. Finally, I was through and made arrangements and still had to waits a few other days, I was not prioritised at all. The delivery then took place on the 5th February 2025. One phone was working and the other one was freezing and couldn’t pass the setup stage. I called and had to go through several departments with my airtime and I was advised they can’t help me because the status hasn’t changed to “delivered”. I had to call the courier company to process that. I was then advised that the courier company will come and collect the phones not for repair but they will take the phones and cancel the contract so that I can reapply for a new contract. To my surprise I was debited a few days later, I called them again and they said they will refund me after the phones had been collected and contract cancelled. It’s the 25th February today and I’m still waiting for them to come and collect back the phones and give me my refund. The worst service provider ever!!!!!!!!!!
I have been communicating with a lady from the reception called Portia Chalala on Thursday to confirm my game drive booking for 2 people for the 15th December 2024. I have tried calling the game drive reception several times to get confirmation for my booking with no luck. I called early today and spoke to one of the receptionists who advised that they are fully booked and that the person I was communicating with via email doesn't work on weekends. It's logically that when one receptionist is going on a weekend off they hand over whatever they were working on to the person that will be on duty. They cannot be telling customers that sorry the person who was assisting you doesn't work weekends hence your booking didn't go through or was not confirmed. I stay an hour away from Emerald and I couldn't just drive without any confirmation of booking. I am very disappointed, this is so unprofessional!!!!!!
I did an online application on black friday (29/11/2024) for two mobile phones. Application was approved and I was advised I will receive a debit order mandate which I haven't received and also that delivery takes up to 7 working days. Today is the 7th day and I haven't heard from them. I'm the one that keep on calling them to check on my application and one agent told me they are out of stock. I am surprised how because they knew how many mobiles were meant to be sold on back Friday so why did they do application on something they don't have?? I am so disappointed in them and I want to cancel the application right away!!!
Tshehla L from Jabulani mall - this guy doesn't look like he wants to work. I went there 2024/10/15, bought 4 items and on the express tills. This guy pushed all my items to the till, waited for me to pay and he walked away. While I was still punching in my pin he should have easily packed my stuff but no he just gave me the slip and walked away. Please take him to customer service training, he ha the worst!!!!!!
Muzi from Shoprite Jabulani Mall - this guy was assisting me for the 2nd time with paying from my groceries at the tills. I always have two trolleys full of groceries, this guy never assists customers with packing into plastics. I was with my daughter, as usual I will let her take things out from the trolley while i go on the other side to start packing. This guy punched everything and literally waited for me to finish packing on my own. He did not even offer assistance to keep the que moving. Customers who came after me had to wait until I finished packing groceries from two trolleys on my own while the other cashiers assisted their customers with their trolleys. This guys is just full of himself, please improve your customer service!!!!
