I am very disappointed in the cupboard with sink that we purchased. It came in a box and I had to piece it together myself. I emailed a few times for instructions and nothing was sent. I eventually put it together and then it was incorrect. I purchased a 3 cupboard with a sink and this one had drawers. On asking about this they said they no longer do the 3 cupboard one but this is not what I purchased. I had to take the cupboard apart to redo it. The quality is really ******* as the wood chips when you put in a nail. I would never buy from them again. Paid for a ******* cupboard. The handles are plastic and the hinges were damaged so would have to purchase new ones and rails for the drawers. Not happy at all!
I would never purchase from this company again. When you buy a plush bed I’m sure they are sending a harder bed as mine was definitely hard. When we got the bed there was a slight mark on the mattress which I didn’t worry about as I put it down to delivery. I just wiped it with a cloth and seemed like a bit of dust. To my detriment. I had purchased a mattress protector as well. On complaining as the mattress started sagging on the one side in a matter of a few months. They sent out their so called rep and they saw there was that original slight mark, they said they would not replace it although you could clearly see the sagging. What a waste of money. I would rather go instore to a bed store and purchase as these people are ******.
I am very disappointed in Naked Insurance. We have had torrential rains and had a contractor as well as their assessor come and assess the damage to our pool. The excessive rain caused a crack in our pool and the fibreglass lining pulled away from the side of the pool. I get a rejection letter saying it’s because of maintenance. We have lived here for 3 years and have maintained our pool. Too easy for them to say this is to maintenance! They did the exact same thing when we replaced our 2 doors and there was no lintels. How were we supposed to know and then they are quick to say they don’t cover renovations!
We had contractors building a nutec home. We made transfers for material on the 5, 6 and 7 September. The only material they brought to start was purchased from TWK and was a cash payment. I called Capitec on the 7th September after realising we were ****med. The money went into a Capitec account and surely that account should have been flagged seeing so much money going into it. This person allowed these people to use her account. Some money was transferred to 2 accounts that had nothing to do with us. Surely all that money should be returned as it was my money that they used. Any further monies going into that Capitec account should be returned to me. The Capitec account owner has been calling and threatening me when she is the one that committed ***** with the builders. I did everything that Capitec wanted and on following up, no replies to any of my emails. I went to Capitec a few days ago and was told they needed a certified copy of my ID, that nobody informed me about. Now I am waiting. Ridiculous service. Standard Bank would have returned that money asap. We have no protection from banks! What do we do when builders want a deposit and then we get ****med!
All was good except price is more than R3000 more just in the Yamaha motorcycle
I am totally disgusted in the workmanship of this company. When we first met to have the quote done. We told them exactly what we wanted. The verandah extension roof to be tucked under our roof against the wall. This was agreed upon. This was never done and after we had a hectic leak he says he could not as it would make the roof low and blames the leak on our tiles. The leak is so bad that the verandah is like a dam full of water. Other builders have come and said this can be done and he’s talking *******. Roof specialists but can’t even fix the problem. Even leaks on the sides down the walls. Secondly he was supposed to make metal frames for our aluminium windows then decided on his own to make brick pillars and windows look awful and full of gaps. Pillars also had to be built about 4 times as they were skew. I can send pics of this bad workmanship. Thirdly we had sliding doors put in and had to pay extra for lintels. Insurance declined the claim after it was found there were no lintels and the walls collapsed. Insurance said they were amateurs as scaffolding should have been used to keep walls from collapsing. Would never recommend this company. They don’t even try and get a solution and just walk away. Surely there is guarantees on this kind of work! They made a lot of money out of us.
I am absolutely disgusted in the workman’s hip of this company. We had an existing verandah roof with the odd leak and wanted to extend and make it properly leak proof. Que came and gave us a quote and would lower the existing roof and bolt it under our house roof against the wall. This way if any leaks it would drop onto the verandah roof. They came and did the job and bolted it against the fascia board which was not what we agreed on. As for leak proof, well it leaks like a dam. We should have just left it as is as it was not like this. They keep saying it’s our times but you can clearly see it’s leaking between the fascia board and the verandah roof. So they just walk away and shrug their shoulders after we paid a lot for this. Secondly, it was agreed that they put up aluminium framing support for the aluminium windows and they just put up brick walls. When our aluminium window guy pointed this out to us, I confronted him and said but we were charged for this, he then said I don’t have to pay the last 2k. The windows don’t even looked flushed and there are huge gaps. I can send photos and I’m sure nobody would accept such a **** job. Thirdly, they removed our old wooden doors and they found there were no lintels and the bricks started collapsing in. My insurance said they are amateurs then as they should have used a scaffolding to keep it up. That cost us hugely to put in lintels. I am very upset as we paid a log of money for this verandah and very disappointed as it did not come out as expected. Aluminium installer said they were supposed to work together but he did his own thing. I would like him to come and sort this leaking dam out and fix all the flaws. Thirdly
I am not happy with BMW. I purchased my BMW f900R in April, which was a cash sale. I took my bike for its 1000km service and on the way there an engine control fault came up. I advised Motorrad Pinetown and they said they would look at it. After waiting very long after 5 hours I got my bike and went home. The following day, the same fault came up. I called BMW and they collected the bike. It had now been 2 weeks and still no joy. They have done all the tests possible and fault is still coming up. Now all I want is a solution. This is pathetic as I even have a rally this weekend and I don’t have my own bike to use. Never expected this with a brand new bike. BMW come to the party and replace my bike or give me my money back!
I ordered and paid for an lte WiFi as we are needing these for cameras that were installed on Saturday. On their app it keeps saying they are needing my rica documents but I have sent these over and over. You try and contact them on their WhatsApp and you wait ages and then it logs off as you miss the message. Please Webafrica please send the lte router asap which I have paid for already.
I am very disappointed in Mweb. We have been with them for years. Our fibre gave us problems and they automatically said its the router. Bought a new router at makro and still didn’t work. I then upgraded to 100 up and down which includes a router. No router arrived. I called technical and they said router is on its way. A whole week later I call again and they say there is no router as I didn’t select one. Nowhere in the upgrade I was able to select a router and then they said I have to pay R299 to deliver it. This has been ongoing for nearly a month now. They then send Vumatel out last week and there was a line problem. They fixed it and we thought it’s all sorted now. Now you cannot get WiFi 🛜 in bedrooms and can only get it when in the exact area is of the router. We have reported this and goes on deaf ears. Not fair we being charged for this service now and can’t use it to how we normally use it.
