The service at canal walk subway is terrible. Plus my wife ordered a foot long crumb chicken and she got horribly sick. She fainted today and needed to be sent home to rest. I am very unhappy with the service and quality of food was shocking. She's still throwing up and can't stand up due to illnesse. 1 star very upset
I honestly wish I could give rainbow finance a negative score like they have with my credit score for NO apparent reason. While trying to apply for a home loan. Our first home as a family, 9 months after the birth of our first child. We were denied much to ou surprise. Only to find out that our account had been handed over even though it was up to date. Although with this huge ***** up. Whoever rainbow finance have as legal representation are the scum of the earth. My wife was harassed by a Mr Naidoo who Actually showed up at our current residence demanding the cash for the next payment on our account to be paid to him. This is absolutely unacceptable and horrendous behavior. Rainbow finance are pathetic and disgusting.
I purchased a AIM 55inch TV on black Friday. We got a very good deal. The first TV I got didn't connect to the internet so we returned it for a new one. About 2 months later I needed to return the 2nd TV as it had a software malfunction. The 3rd TV I received was an updated version with new software. I have been having issues with this 3rd TV since month 3 of having it. Sometimes it doesn't switch on. HDMI port issues and now I have a dead pixel in the left hand bottom corner. We bought this TV on black Friday and the price we paid was a great saving. But since then this brand has given me nothing but issues. PNP staff cannot give me the same TV of a different brand as there's a huge price difference between the two. I don't feel like I should sacrifice the size of the TV or functionality or quality due to a manufacturing flaw. The TV is a smart TV with my apps on it. I request someone from PNP head office contact me with a solution and AIM should replace my TV with one without me having to pay anything in on it. AIM 55 inch UHD SMART LED TV CZ2055
I wish I could give Totalsports a negative review. Like minus stars. I get calls every morning at 7am. I answer and most times the call just goes dead. This morning I get a call the woman I spoke to was interrupting me at every chance she could. She ignored me and insisted I listen to her first. This treatment from a huge SA company must be the norm now because it seems like I always get treatment. Pathetic service and even worse manners. The call centre agent I spoke to was just uninterested in what I had to say and when requesting she transfer me to a manager she didn't. I could hear her moving around in the background and breathing in the headset only for her to "return" and say that the manager would call me back.... Without taking my details or asking what time they should call. She just said bye and put the phone down. The service at Totalsports is the worst in the world and I bet management will call me after this post to say sorry. Sorry isn't enough. Sorry for terrible service doesn't make the situation better or make me want to stay a Totalsports customer.
Totalsports has the worst service ever. I have had multiple calls before 7am from them. I asked to speak to management and was ignored by the past 3 consultants. The only way to get in contact with an agent is to go to a store which during this Covid19 pandemic is irresponsible. The last consultant that called me sounded like she was falling asleep on the phone and when I asked her about it she shouted at me. Horrible service. I wish I could give them negative stars
Vodacom's customer service is the worst in the world. I have been trying to get hold of someone in management for a week now. To no avail. They requested information from me which I provided only to give me an automatic response saying I should go to a store. During this Covid19 pandemic Vodacom asking people to willingly go to a store is horrible service and even worse advice. So much for your Covid19 sms that clearly mean nothing if you can't do the work over a call but instead ask a customer of 15 years to come in to a store. I am so sick of Vodacom I'm considering moving to MTN
Had to return a fresh cream for my grandmother. Pick N Pay brand fresh cream. Bought at Kenilworth centre PNP. On trying to return this product this morning. The security guard at the back entrance denied me access and proceeded to laugh and swear at me in Xhosa and shut the door in my face. The shop manager called to offer an apology but no refund or voucher for the disappointing service I got.
I last spoke to an agent about my issues with my Springbok players jersey. I ordered it last year in April and only received it in June. 3months after ordering and almost two months after it was released. I had an issue with the first jersey which was resolved quickly by Cameron. I asked him to report to the management that I was happy with the new jersey yet I wanted feedback from them on the delay of my order. I am still waiting for a response. This is very bad service Thank you
I purchased the AIM 55inch TV on black Friday last year. I was assured the TV was a "smart" TV but since trying to use all the functions this TV has given me nothing but problems. No Netflix no YouTube. After asking for a simple solution I was given a software update and promised that this will solve the issue but somehow after the update the TV was much worse. This is unacceptable and I am very unhappy with the service I received from the staff at the pick n pay I bought the item at. I would appreciate a TV of equal size and picture quality as a replacement at no extra charge
Horrible service. I ordered a Springbok players jersey almost 2months ago. Preordered and still haven't received it. When going in to the store where I requested delivery the online store had no trace of my order even though I had a confirmation of payment and order number. Very disappointed. This was a very expensive item and I feel like canceling but I want my item.
