Empty promises, no communication whatsoever you will waste your time calling in being transferred to people who dont even bother answering their phone .i had to Uber at my own cost when dropping off the car for service yesterday morning. The driver had so many excuses. Later yesterday he called asking to come ,but a bit skeptical I said it'd fine he can pick me up in the morning as he gave me options . Pickup was supposed to be 9am its 9:36 am.hes not answering his phone the switch board lady keeps on transferring me to people who are not answering. If you cant offer a service tell clients so instead of inconveniencing us unnecessarily
Team vitality is *********** After paying for my ASA license in February and been told to go collect at head office only to get the 3 weeks later to be told " your name is not appearing we cant give it to you. Making me wait an hour while they were waiting for confirmation from their senior . I even had proof of payment yet I was given a run around. Ended up cancelling all my products with them after being a client since 2018
Mall of the south branch please teach your security customer service etiquette Walked in few weeks ago they had just reshuffle the shelves but bot yet changed the row boards so I was with this lady on the meds side and I told her I was looking for a humidifier and a guard was not standing far off to where we were I said 'yooo they moved everything not sure where to look" and lady suggested we ask the guard. I said "hahaha he probably doesn't know as we are also confused " he took offense and started saying I insulted him and that i undermined him in front of "umlungu" I asked him where was his sense of humor his face changed and he kept on saying I have insulted him .abuti if ure going to be moody and triggered by innocent comments from customers just don't work with people .

A month after opening an account I was almost ****med. Received a number of a person claiming to be working from their ***** department saying someone was using my account in Phoenix they said they made a purchase at woolworths and Uber eats and I must verify my details. I was at a funeral parlour choosing a casket for my father imagine Luckily I hanged up only to later discover that the person was a ****mer self Ridiculous bank charges as well. Paying 350 for a transactional account that you hardly use is insane
I subscribed to the SK club and they debit me R289 monthly. Debit goes as a purchase and not a debit order. No option to cancel the service I subscribed In March 2025 been paying without using the service I contacted their online customer support. Very rude they even blocked my email as my replies are not going through anymore . App does not gove an option to cancel..for the mere fact.that the debit goes off as a purchase its a red flag on its own. 4 months being ****med by Ster kenikor. Whatever you do just DO NOT SUBSCRIBE TO ANY OF THEIR USELESS CLUB MEMBER OFFERINGS I would rate a 0 if it was possible

Horrible service ! Imagine paying for a license then three weeks later struggling to get a license because the whatsapp line is operated by *********** people How do.tell a client that their license is ready for pickup when you haven't updated the spreadsheet? I am so over the incompetence of vitality people . I do know.they.wont even address the issue as they are being rated 1 star For such a big company this is absurd !

The consultant was very helpful and assisted with registering my claim amd also transferred Me to the.relevant departments I spoke to two friendly gentlemen with exceptional client service
