Been one of those unfortunate sucker members since 2017 and been paying diligently every single year. (according to my statements). While busy with my banking app I see this huge deduction go off for EZT travel and I'm thinking ****! I know I didn't book or make any travel arrangements and I cancelled the "unauthorized" payment with immediate effect. A day or two later I receive these threatening emails because my account is in arrears and I will be handed over to a lawyer. I phoned the gentleman sending the pleasant mails, Renaldo Adams, and explained to him what happened and that I will pay the "arrears" and sort out the debit order as soon as I can get to my bank. (We live on a farm). He totally understood and then a few days later came the next threating email from him accusing me of placing GTA travel in ill repute by claiming they have no right to debit my account. Now I have never used this account and the free accommodation we received when we joined was so ****py we hardly slept that evening, yet we continued paying without complaining. I could not even remember why we joined and had to ask Renaldo to send me a list of benefits. Well Renaldo, your pleasant emails have most certainly succeeded in leaving a very BITTER taste in my mouth. I sincerely apologize for not realizing that EZT travel is in fact GTASA!!!
After having a bad experience a Steers, Baywest Mall, PE, I decided to give it another go… well today was the last straw. I ordered a medium cheesy chips with onion & bacon bits. When I got to my vehicle I notice No Cheese. Went back and politely pointed out the error when the cashier loudly interrupted and told me that I never ordered cheese and that she had indeed double checked the order with me and I insisted I don’t want cheese. Well I showed her my banking app that I indeed paid for cheese and then we checked my order slip and YES, I did order cheese. The cashier refused to apologise and then went on to blame the kitchen staff - forgetting that she had called me a **** on a very busy Saturday in a Mall. Never will I ever buy any Steers product again. When I finally got a few drops of cheese, my chips were cold and my apetite out the window. I was just sooo embarrassed.
Been to Toro’s a few times and the excellent service, Good food and lovely ambiance makes it well worth the visit!!!
Pathetic service. I have been expecting a parcell which they would have delivered on Monday, everyday I get an sms to say delivery did not take place. I have tried to phone them to absolutely no avail! Who pays my ph bill when I’m caller #49 in the cue!!! No callbacks from them.
We have been battling since December to get our original Natia documents from Wesbank. We have 2 different reference numbers but no response to our emails and trying to phone is impossible. We will NEVER use Wesbank again.

What a pleasure to stop at Mini Orbits. The shop assistant is always so friendly and it makes me feel like a special customer. Not only is the food good but the service is excellent. Keep it up!
On 31 May 2019 I went to Vodacom Baywest Mall, Port Elizabeth to upgrade my contract to an iPhone XR 256GB. I completed the paperwork and was told the phone will be instore the following Wednesday. Nothing happened. After many enquieries I was told the phone will be instore on Friday. To be safe I went to collect it in Saturday 15 June 2019. I was then informed that the quote I was given had expired - I never asked for a quote - I did an upgrade! Then I was told that my upgrade documents had dissapeared but not to worry, my phone was instore and a new deal will be made. I took my phone and left. The next day while setting up the phone I realized I was given the wrong phone (128GB) I took it back to the store and was then told that they will have to request permission from HQ to reverse the transaction. A few days later I was told the reversal was approved and my phone ordered. Every week I go to find out the status of my upgrade just to be told it was ordered on Sunday - soooo will my phone be ordered every Sunday till Kingdom comes? Prior to all this, I went to Cellucity in Baywest Mall (Vodacom) 14 May2019 and was told that the phone I want was on order and that they will phone me when it arrives - after 2 weeks I decided to try the other Vodacom branch. We have 6 vodacom contracts but I will rather cancell the contract all together than put up with this poor service delivery!!!!!
