Vodacom customer service, train Petunia to speak to clients in a good manner and learn how to resolve queries instead of dropping calls and transferring you while you still talking … I honestly wouldn’t recommend you to any of my friends and family. First it was fees increasing within 6 months of taking your contract to hidden fees that I was never told. And this Petunia character keeps shouting that I signed a contract and agreed to such. If there was an option to rate you 0 starts I would’ve.

(I’ve been a client with rain since 2020-04-26 using my Passport number instead of my South African ID number because they allowed a different person to use my ID number to open a rain account and they went ahead to Rica when they delivered whatever SIM card or device. I’ve been trying to resolve this for the past 3 years and I’ve been sent from pillar to post and spoken to almost everyone in their support department but they always say they will escalate. Their most recent response was as follows Hi “Lindokuhle, Kindly note that the ID number you provided is linked to Martin Wamba Cheers rain South Africa Reference Number: **********7” Their services are so pathetic I’m really tired.) The above is a review I wrote about this company on the 28th of May , they called immediately after receiving the review and promised me feedback within the same week. I’ve been waiting ever since. I tried calling them beginning of this month and they said they escalating it, I don’t know if they escalating to God himself cause they clearly don’t know what **** show they running in their company . Worst service I've ever received from JUSTIN PADIACHE. Guy was so rude, I took my car in for service and he quoted for breakpads and disks then when I told him to cancel the order for the breaks he refused and made me pay a handling fee although i called in a minute later to actually cancel the order of the breakpads and disks(only to find out disks are still fine he was taking me for a ride) . Guy was so rude he said go ahead and report me if you think you will get help. I was so disappointed. He said he is not going to release my car till I pay. I paid the amount of R854 for their mistake . I want my money back . I feel like ford agents take women for fools , I get better service when my partner is present but when you alone they quote you ridiculous prices and things that are in good condition they want to change and charge you . JUSTIN is the worst employee you can ever have shame on him.
I got the best service from Latoya Perry , I was ready to cancel my policy but she was so bubbly and she explained my benefits again and reminded me why I chose Momentum in the first place. Thank you so much keep up the great work.
