Been tryying to get a hold of someone anyone to get my child's report for last year with no response. Been calling them since the beginning of back to school. Will indicate I'm the 2nd caller or 1st caller in line then state it's the voicemail to leave my name and number which was done. My son needs to attend this year's classes and I don't know whats wrong with getting a hold of anyone there. I've even whatsapped on all their numbers with no response at all.
The company had my address for a delivery, got their delivery person to keep asking me for my address and calling everything except delivery my parcel. Then have the nerve to say they would return it to the ware house after so many missed calls & confirming the address with them. Can't get a direct hold of them. I've never had a issue with any parcel before coming from temu. It's the first with this company.
Bought a genesis, deep clean master online last year. Have had to take it in for repairs trice withing a span of a year of the purchasing of said machine. Took it to baywest they had good Customer relations and have helped. Recently had to take it in to Greenacres on the 30th July 2024. Got no updates no communication nothing, when I do call they say they will call back and don't. It should not be such a hassle to repair nor have issues with a new machine I had since buying it on 19th/04/2023 it's been nonstop issues getting it resolved has also been a mission.
The genesis deep clean master I purchased, keeps breaking down and it's a mission to get help in the appropriate time to get it fixed. Took it for repairs trice, singing purchasing the machine within a span of a year.
Uncooperative, between in store help and customer care via call. A case was logged 3 times so far regarding debiting money from my account when moneye as already deducted. In the case one amount was returned while still struggling to get back the other amount they double debited me for. The asked for proof so in store when the opened the case they submitted my bank statement. I called customer care when they close the case to enquire why they said they did receive my bank statement. I go in again to confirm the in store telkom did submit. And they submitted another case and informed them my bank statements are included. Till this date nothing is being resolve and I've not been refused the money they double debited me for.
On Monday the 07/06/2021 I went to her surgery, the doctor i usually go to was full. Feeling unwell and needing to see a Dr urgently I went to her surgery. At 1:40pm I was told they were on lunch and would be back at 2:30pm. I waited I my husband's car which was a golf parked Infront of the surgery. The lady who assisted initially was very accomadating and friendly she took down the details she asked me what the problem was I told her it was my ears and stomach. I informed her I was allergic of penicillin, this lady then left I assume her shift was over. I waited and another lady led me to the back of the surgery to wait. No temperature was taken In another section, I waited unwell, I needed to finish in time to collect my daughter from school. I get in to see the doctor explained what was going on she exams me and insists its Covid however I displayed no symptoms of it. She stated I need to get testing done and she would give anti biotics to treat the throat and bladder. She then told me to Wait in the car again without dispensing the medicines. I proceeded to wait in the car, a the lady that led me to the back comes out again and gives me my medicines. In it contained penicillin. I tell her that I have inform the other lady that I was allergic to it. She goes back to the doctor comes back and gives me doxyclin tells me to come back some other time when the doctor is available because she's busy, me now really annoyed go to the back again waiting to speak to Dr Gani. She's in the front surgery. I waited in the back now very frustrated and unwell I go to the nurse that was in the front with the intention of asking for the doctor. To my surprise I see other patience siting in the front surgery after seeing her waiting not being told to wait in their cars given the standard treatment and respect a patient is to be be given. She comes out and now I really angered by seeing this told her to keep her meds and take my name out her system and id go to another doctor. From what I witnessed this doctor choices who to give respect to and treat with dignity. I get a call from her receptionist or whoever and she's states she would like to know what happened yesterday, I explained to her what took place she shrugs it off and then says she would like to apologies, I tell her this kind of treatment of patience is unacceptable. She then has the nerve to tell me that only nice people come to the surgery. She told me no one complains from what I experienced I see why. They're condescending and have no way of dealing with patience. They choose who to give respect to due to what you have in terms of status. Mind you I was not driving my car due to being unwell. Regardless of that they should treat all patience equally with respect and no bias or condescending nature. I was told that people who had symptoms of Covid are sent to the back yet I had no symptoms of such. No high fewer, they could tell that if they bothered to take a person temperature before entering, no coughing or other symptoms whatever so ever. A doctor and her staff who behaves this way its unethical and should not be allowed to practice. I went to my other doctor the next day and it was a ear infection and a bladder problem and I was treated respectfully with dignity.
I went to Moffett retail park to Mr price sports to get my account activated. The staff there was very helpful, extremely friendly well mannered and also efficient. It didn't take long and I truly very happy with their service. I would definitely go there and reffered others to go there as well.
There customers service relations is not good at all. I've applied for the Samsung galaxy tablets. I got a call from a lady at cellucity that it has been approve, I was informed to bring the once of fees for the Sim card. We agreed I'd go them on the Wednesday 27/01/2021. I got there and I was told the lady helping me was off, they promised that she could call me the following day. No call, so I decided to call back, again the same women Nadine or something tells me that the lady helping me is busy she would call me back, no call. So I call again, and again told she would call me back. Surprise no call from them, this is the very reason businesses losses customer due to unprofessional behavior without the proper ability to communicate and have customers relations. Their inability to actually do what they say is extremely annoying and frustrating. I would not be refer anyone to them. Nor do I ever want to deal with them ever again. I will be contacting a Ombudsman regarding this matter. This is really unacceptable to do in this day and age with technology. It does not take forever to call a customer back!
I fail a security question when I was telephonically updating my account details. The lady attending the call could barely speak English properly making it difficult for me to understand her and she asked a question about a place I've never worked at I can and will not admit to working for a place I've never worked at. Since then my account has been blocked and it's been a mission to unblock it in store. I DON'T I UNDERSTAND I'M THE ONE PAYING MY ACCOUNT AND I'VE HAD IT FOR AWHILE NOW AND THEY PULL THIS NON SENSE. I'M TRULY ANNOYED WITH ALL OF THIS!
