Between Roan Vermeulen amd Warren we received excellent customer service! They kept us up to date about our query the entire time and it was resolved quickly! Thank you guys!
No stars! Have to wait for ever for drinks, even longer for food, raw chicken piece in the salad, chips raw! Slips cant be printed, we were in such a rush to leave we didnt want to check the bill!! The waitress rolled her eyes at us. No wonder the place was empty! Close your doors a d call it done!!
They tell you to make online orders, quick easy and and and.What they don't tell you is that they take 20minutes to answer a Support line, Don't keep you up to date with what is happening with your order and God forbid there should be a return because they do not respond to their own guideline on refunds. I will be closing my account. In these days where work is scarce and and and one would think that they are glad to have customers using them! Ridiculous!
2 Managers! One more useless then the other. Almost 3 weeks and NO feedback for a refund that needs to be done.I have to phone them the whole time. Morungu and Tembile should maybe go for customer service training.
