Terrible standard of Mexican food at the el burro gardens cape town branch. Overpriced, tacos were very small and tasteless, weren't crispy shells and the manager didn't respond to my email. Busy telling people never to eat there. Any Mexican would be offended to hear this place offering Mexican food

Hi, I bought a pair of gel nimbus 24 running shoes which retail at R3500. The heel showed terrible wear after only 100km, which is nothing. No response to two emails to ASICS SA in Blackriver park. As a long-distance runner, ASICS service is not impressive. Please do something that will make me stay, as I am so tempted to go to another brand.
I emailed their customer service and never got a reply. My hiking shoes are falling apart and I don't even go walking or hiking in them. I am unlikely to buy Hi-tec shoes again. Photos can't be downloaded as proof.

It should take a simple phone call to change flight details next year for a BA flight to KZN. On hold for 90 minutes and still no answer. Tempted not to fly with them again.
still no refund after clear written evidence presented to FNB that shows it was their employee that defrauded me of R7000 on June 13th. No explanation as to why they refunded R1000 but not the full amount. Terrible service. 6 weeks later !
Dear FNB, I have all my accounts with you, my family's accounts with you, my mortgage and credit cards too. Referring to complaint 2188490, R7000 was withdrawn from my account after an FNB employee called Portia called from an FNB number and sent an official sms and a reversal of direct debit request. She had ALL my personal banking details that only an FNB employee could know. Why did FNB refund R1000 but not R7000 ? Most unfair.
URGENT.....flight is sat 13th june 0840hrs. * Booking Reference Number - SXDFGX I have sent so many emails and phone calls wanting to change the date to comrades 2021, as this years race has been cancelled. No reply, no one at call centers. Terrible service and mango doesn't care
