During the interview, after I mentioned that I am currently a distance/part-time learner due to unemployment and not limited to do work, she discouraged the continuation of the interview process and looked like she's forced to continue. She commented that she is looking for someone who is not studying, implying that pursuing further education is not aligned with the role of a Call centre agent. I found her remarks disheartening, as they suggested that furthering one’s education in SA and building a future is a disadvantage at Momentum health rather than a strength. Education is key even if you are employed. This not only discouraged the purpose of the interview but also affected my confidence in proceeding further.
Zero rating for me. I used my airtime to call protea metering offices to enquire about my account which now starts to look irregular with more deductions on a daily basis even if am not home. Khutso is the lady that responded to my call does not understand what customer service is. She was yelling and fast in her explainations. She was even fed up to do her duties and referred me to check my statement of which I have in front of me. Protea Metering is a real ****. Even if it's winter but their rates are too much.
Paycity is sending my confidential SMSes to the wrong individual's numbers and my correct number has always been registered with them. Very poor service from them. I am not happy. Bridging of confidentiality.
Zero service rating for me. I have not received my order for a month now. Their service does not align with their marketing info. I want my refund as service rendered is poor. 4 to 7 days cannot be a month. The person that is responsible for their WhatsApp is also ********.
I wake up once in a month with a bill of more than R2000 credit and it is an error from protea metering. My account is loaded. This company ****s people guys. Check on your accounts. Zero rating.
I am a new tenant at capital heights this month, I tried several times to register on oami but primary user still exist which blocks me from being the primary owner. The property management is aware and has to resolve the matter but I am now without electricity of which it is not my fault. I STILL CANNOT REGISTER AS A PRIMARY CLIENT. I am by far not impressed with the service and was told the matter is handled by Barend. Still no feedback. Protea metering kindly resolve this.
Zero rating from me. On the 18th of May I sent an email of service request as my meter box did not want to respond to reset, check balance and even load new units bought. It kept on showing the old amount and when I try to reset it says success failed. This is the 4th time in a year I am experiencing this in the complex I am renting. They meter boxes looks old hence we are also suffering to this. I switched off and took all the plugs out of the wall sockets, switched down the main box plugs but no success. I was once told to go to the neighbors for connection and still failed. People in this area are also complaining about this meter boxes problem. Impact only decided to respond to my email on the 20th asking if I was sorted, a very poor service indeed, I was not sorted as I can't load new units. I responded to say no one came through to assist and they did not respond back afterwards. Only today 24th morning I am receiving an email with the same instructions I did before with no success instead of them sending a technician to resolve the matter. I also bought units but I failed I failed to load. When I got home today 24th the meter box went officially off off, I phoned after hour Nr pta north area, a guy on after hours duty gave instructions which all failed. I went to the neighbors and the box does not want to be reset still. The after hour guy promised to come home and fix from 17:45 pm till now 10:01pm, when I call him he says he is near and coming with no sign. Called him more that 4 times and waited, no help. Impact metering I am very very disappointed in your service. And I am in the dark.
None rating from Me actually. I use kfc online almost every week. On the 06th of April I have ordered a meal of 10 dunked wings, payed online incl delivery for R90. I have indicated all my details incl delivery address and cell number but No confirmation of order sms and email received. I went in store kfc Gift acres Pta and was told Brenda to email proof of payment from my bank to Kelebogile Molikoe at the head office. I did sent bank statement while waiting on counter for an hour. And still came back to the office without food after an hour. I have spoken to Kelebogile to request a refund for my money. Yesterday I also followed-up and received a call from Sandrico also confirming that they will send my refund. Up until this day I did not receive my money back OR food. Kelebogile and Sandrico your service is also very poor indeed. Very incompetent system with such errors. With such service, i will buy food from other franchise, but not KFC with a very poor service and incompetent Stuff. Brenda from KFC gift acres, Kelebogile and Sandrico from their head office.

For now rating will remain to Zero. I have enquired with Liquid Capital today for service plan extension. And i do not mind to pay the R359 monthly for a good service. The sales person was good but referred me to their call centre for further questions. Since I was with liquid capital for the past years before changing my car and I have never received a refund for my old car. The call centre lady's service is not appropriate for servicing customers. She was telling me I did not get my refund due to other payments that were suppose to be made. I never owed them and and no one explained the process of refund to me before to prove that the are selling a lie. She even dropped my call on the ear. Liquid Capital please action what you preach, and thank you to Bonnie for your better service and for the hint. Cancel this, I will look for another policy in the meantime.
