Your staff / employees are exhausted and irritated
OK LIQUOR STORE IN OAKDALE, BELLVILLE, please I beg you. Give your shop assistant, Quewin (spelling) a break, he needs to go home and rest / sleep... He's cranky, angry and rude to anyone who asks him questions/ service. Please maan, that guy was very rude today, maybe due to tiredness, he talks back and gets irritated. I left without getting what I went in for at the shop today... We mustn't be scared of shop assistants.

This company is a recruitment company, it has helped over the years to find candidates as I myself work in Recruitment. Edgars staff (Negligence)
I purchased a Pierre Cardin Crossbody bag today 31 January 2022 @ 11:34am at Edgar's Canal Walk, Cape Town. I'm so annoyed because the Cashier (Amanda)there was busy chatty chatty with her colleagues and were deep in a conversation that she didn't remove the security tag on the bag. I've just discovered it when got home. I'm so very annoyed because I don't know when I'll go back to Canal walk to have it removed because of their own Negligence!!!! My receipt no: 3404-5702-2005 Kindly figure something out for this as I'll be busy this week (working)!!! Tried calling 010 593 8312 but I was transferred to so many departments and got cutt off a several times.

Embarrassing Mimi.Q 17 St George's Mall
I had a very bad experience with the cashier there this morning that I will never forget. She was so rude & when she apologised she said 'I'm sorry IF OFFENDED U" IF. She embarrassed infront of the whole people who were there. Very rude person & I just wish I could try and move on from the situation. It's not not nice to be ill treated in your own country by other people because they think they are superior than you! Worst experience ever to start my new year!

Clicks train your stuff, please!!!
Lunch time I decided to go to Clicks in Bellville close to SARS. Did my shopping and everything and I saw a diffuser set on sale and asked for someone at the tills to assist me, yhoooooo he was in a tiff!!! Oh my goodness, he was very rude with me. His name is Loncey at Clicks in Bellville Voortrekker road. No maan, he's not supposed to be even employed where he has to deal with customers!!! He need to be at the back, packing some stuff!!!

Improve your customer services and standards - PnP Canal City -Century Walk Cape Town
My experience at Pick n pay was appalling. When I went to pay for my purchases at the till. The guy by the name Aviwe Nlingi was rude to me and when I asked for assistance on some purchase on the goods by the till he was operating on, he never replied back and asked him for the 2nd time, he replied with a lot of frustration and no care in the world if I got what I wanted or not and continued talking to his colleague... I paid and told him I didn't like how he was treating and not responding rudely to a customer. I called the customer help line and I was directed to some other line which they never picked up and I also tried the store direct line which was never answered. I overlooked when everything from entering the shop where there was no one to take your temperature to sanitizing to no social distance by the tills. Imagine this store is in Canal Walk, where I would think they will follow all the rules because everyone/ travelers/ shoppers go for shopping!!!. Rude pharmacist at Link pahrmacy
The pharmacist by the name of Abdul is very very rude especial towards black ladies. I didn't get what I was looking for there because he decided to call another customer whereas he wasn't finished with me. He's very rude and arrogant! I never felt so worthless and embarrassed in my life. If these men are treating women like this, especially someone from the health care, then we are doomed!!! When we go to the pharmacy, it means we (individuals) there's something wrong with our bodies and we need medication or tablets to cure / fix so we are to normal. He has no care in the world and he has a bad attitude which is very intimidating and he never got to help me... I ended up not getting what I was looking for because he didn't want to as if he owns the pharmacy. I would like to know, what is his purpose of being there?? Great Experience at the Table Mountain
Went there with my other half on the 17th October on my birthday. It wasn't my 1st time going up there but I was skeptic of going up there during this Covid-19 pandemic. But to be honest with you, we enjoyed every single moment. Super friendly and amazing staff, making sure that everyone is safe and sanitized and mask were worn in the cable car. Delicious food and great service at the cafe and cleanliness. Keep it up guys!!!
