Fraudulent activities: Standard Bank blames customers
With Standard Bank if you have someone's banking details you get take their money by simply submitting a debit order form. When you report it, they tell you that it's not something they can help you with. What bull**** is this? How can anyone have access to my money from my account without my approval? Apparently, with Standard Bank it's a standard practice. I wonder how much I have been ripped off over the past 12 years.

KFC not halaal certified
Bought food from KFC and the lady who claims to be the manager says that she can't void the order nor produce a halaal certificate for the Sophiatown KFC.

Typical cashier, horrible customer service, rude!
At the Sophiatown Shoprite the cashier tells me the electricity system is offline. I need this to be investigated. I'm tired of these stupid lines used as an excuse for incompetence. When u expressed displeasure she tells me it's not her problem, it's my problem, I must sort it out with Eskom. How are these people hired? Do you just get any unemployed citizen and put them of a chair? Is there any customer service training done? She creates a seen upon which I approach the manager who's not even interested to look up at me when I go to her. How are these people hired? Time of the incedent was around 18h25-30. I'm waiting for an the outcome of this investigation.
