If I could give zero stars I would, I have been struggling since December 2025 to get my vehicle licence disc. On the 02.02.26 Litsoanelo sends me an email that there is a backlog with licence disc at the traffic department, I have been emailing with no response to Yazeed and Litsoanelo. Only for Litsoanelo to tell me today the licence must be pulled by Yazeed there's nothing she can do . This is pathetic...

1st of all your agent Sinehlanhla has no customer service etiquette at all. I requested a settlement amount which he could not give me , it looks like he was replying from a script, no empathy for my situation not helpful at all. I need a settlement discount on my Wonga and Fasta loans. The 1 balance says R743 when I spoke to him he says I just pay R816 to settle. How is this possible. Then I asked for a manager he says managers are not available to talk to customers. I need a manager to call me back so I can settle these payments and have it removed immediately from my credit record.
If I could give this company a zero I would. I have been struggling with them for my refund since 23.12.24. I have requested for these policies to be cancelled and they don't even respond to your requests via emails. What will happen the day I need to claim. I have no desire To do business with a company that has no customer service etiquettes whatsoever.
Could someone from SA motor lease please contact me regards my account please. I have been trying to get hold of your offices since 27.12.24 sending emails, calling, I was even promised via your WhatsApp portal yesterday that someone would call me but still nothing. Sorry that I have to resort to Hello Peter but it would seem this is the only platform you are Responding to.
I was very angry because the call centre took my order wrong but the professional manner in which Anita, Jodie and Busi handle it was absolutely excellent. They acknowledged and empathised with how I was feeling and very speedily corrected what your call centre messed up. Customer service call centre that messes up a order is just pathetic. Those ladies in store Anita, Jodi and Busi deserve an award for their excellent service.
For the 2nd time I was utterly disappointed @ the service received from PANAROTTIS LIBERTY PROMENADE, Ordered avocado del mar as a starter with the drinks and they bring the main meal, only to tell me they only making the starter now. This after we waited 40mins already. The last time we were there we waited ann hour for food, just to be told there's no parmesan cheese for the pizza or avo for the del mar & they mopped with very strong detergents right where we were eating, I had to leave my food and walk out as I have asthma and my chest pulled close and the staff didnt realise my husband speaks Xhosa, and then they say to each other, why must they wait they want to get to their taxis on time. They never have a full house when u go there and 1 can also understand why. Because their service is PATHETIC. Then the manager thinks giving a 20% discount on the bill will solve the problem.... We never asked for a free meal or discount , I have money paying is not an issue....
I am utterly disgusted at the pathetic unprofessional service I just received from their consultant Teresa.... 1st she never called me back and when I called her, I had to hear that the account is sorting out her mother's SARS documents so she is waiting for him to do that 1st... Then when I told her how rude and unprofessional she is and would prefer another sales advisor... She reckons they won't assist me. I asked for her manager and she says she's the boss nobody will over rule her ... Is this the type of unprofessional people working there. They have all my personal documents and I shudder to think what this women is doing with my info after she is so rude and thinks she can play GOD. I want the manager or owner of this company to call me back as I am NOT going to leave this matter like this
This is the worst experience in have ever had... I was booked on SAA1058 from bloem to CPT that was cancelled on the 05.07.19, then rerouted via Johannesburg, the rerouted flight was late and by the time I got to Johannesburg the check in time was 19:15 they refused to hold the flight and get me on it only to spend the evening in Johannesburg waiting for a flight the next morning. They misplaced my luggage and booked me into a hotel that was non smoking even though I told them I'm a smoker. The hotel had warm water for like 2mins and then the water was cold.... I was inconvenienced in every possible way and not once did anybody apologise, their consultants at the desk had such a bad attitude after they messed up .. this is just the worst airliner to fly with and it's pathetic service.... There are no words to explain it
