Best service ever 🙌 I logged a claim was called immediately..sent out a person to assist..arrived in the estimated time that was given...they keep calling to update me regarding the status of my claim
Spur Maponya mall worst service ever from managers to waiters...the experience was a nightmare..never ever will I set my foot here....
I went to pay at Jabulani mall.. was given an attitude, and the staff member by the name of Nthabeleng did not want to acknowledge her wrongdoings, which i pointed out to her..she is so rude, thinks that the store belongs to her mother...
I was called by an agent they advised me that they can assist with my credit profile...they aware I have one account in arrears I advised that person the account was prescribed and I have disputed it and I am not getting any respond....the advised should I sign up with them they will assist with the dispute I just need to make an affidavit...I did not have funds at that time once I did I call spoke to Isyaam..I explained everything he signed me I paid..then after he says no they don't do that was given incorrect information I told them to retrieve all my call recording till to-date I am not getting any feedback as I demanded my refund
I bought 3 gift cards at shoprite In Jan therefore one gift card I missed placed it..I went to shoprite usave koma Road to ask for asistance for then to check if the gift card still has funds and if so for them to make a new one and allocate those funds there...the was second werk of September..I took my ID slips every time I go check how far they are with the query I an asked the same question to bring the slips which i have given more then 3 times...it is rrally frustating as I am not geeting any help..they logged a query on thier shoprite querysite query number is 3010375....those people are so incompitent as they not helping at all....
Since from last year been sending complaints to Multichoice about the balance on my account that i have no idea how it came to that..till todate it has not been fixed...a person from muilichoice will call and say they will investigate and come back and no one will bother to do so....people working from Multichoice are using people's accounts for thier friends to watch free..and we as customers a Has to suffer for....they know this thing is happening hence they don't even bother to fix such complaints..now they have handed my ac for collection..how can a person owe 3900 for DSTV..when it was closed not paying..they failing to give me answers

I had a query with Multichoice..which I rated here on hellepeter..a guy called me to find out more about my query..explained everything said they will investigate and come back to me till to date no one has came to be it's been more then 7days....
