I have submitted a claim to replace a faulty decoder. After 7 days still no installer are appointed. Why must the process be so long just to replace a decoder. Why must I be with a service for so long but still pay for the service.
NO SERVICE FROM METROPOLITAN FUNERAL DEPARTMENT. SEVERAL EMAILS AND TELEPHONE CALLS WITH PROMISES BUT STILL NOTHING. TAKES AVERAGE TWO WEEKS FROM A QUERY TO NOT GIVING ME AN ANSWER ON WHAT I HAVE ASKED. I CANNOT GET THEM TO UPDATE SOME OF MY INFORMATION. I HAVE BEEN WITH THEM SINCE 1981 AND NOW WHEN I NEED THEIR SERVICE THE MOST THERE ARE NOTHING. I HAVE ALL PROVE ON EMAIL OF STRUGGLE.

I have posted a review of bad service received from Outsurance. Outsurance respond back to Helopeter by saying that the Claim Manager want to call me but I did not respond to their call which is a absolute lie. I have spoken to the Claim Manager who informed me that my claim is closed due to that they cannot get hold of the guilty party and that I will not get back my access of R4000. Now they also lie on their response to Helopeter. Shame on them
The best Restaurant to have somthing to eat or drink. Highly recommended. If you dont visit them you lose oit a lott.
I was insured at Outsurance when I was in an accident that was 100% not my fault. Standing still at red robot when a car hit me from behind. I paid R4000 axcess. Outsurance said they will get the cost back from the guilty party and I will get back my R4000 back. They did not at all correspond with me what the progress was on the case. Closed the file conveniently could not summoned the guilty party. They DO NOT DO ENOUGH to get hold of the guilty party. I am at a new Insurer but they got the gutts to phone me to get me back whith a better offer. What a joke. They are in my eyes scammers taking your money but not interrested to deliver what you pay for. They come with a good offer but 2 to 3 months later increase under false intensions your premium. STAY AWAY FROM OUTSURENCE. There are much better insurance Companies out there.
Claude Naude the Manager is always helpfull. He goes out of his way to help. Hard working and always on the floor. Always hands on. He will go not only extra mile but two extra miles to satisfy his costumers. Well done Claude at CTM Port Shepstone.
If you have account problems on your Edgars account they are not interessted at all to help you sort out and rectify your account. Their credit part are managed by RCS which is even worse
