I was at side step Queenstown Nonesi Mall and I saw this sneaker on sale but didn’t have enough cash on me so I asked Asanda the sales lady to please keep the sneaker aside and I will come and buy it today . When I got to the store this morning Asanda acted confused and asked if did anyone see the sneaker that was at the cashdesh? She and another guy went to the back of the store , when they came back Thando (the guy) then told “let me be honest with you,we sold the tekkie as soon as you left yesterday we put it back on the sales floor because we thought you won’t come back and we work with sales that’s all we care about “ he said
I am extremely disappointed by the service I just received at kokstad mall branch clothing junction... I was just in the store buying 3 Tshrts that are promotion for R120 and the cashier Moipone rudely dismissed me when one of the Tshrts did not ring up as promotion... And I asked can't she call her manager to over write as the Tshrt is lighted under the promotion items? She then told me no if I want to complain I can go ahead but she won't change it. And she called the next customer while I was standing there.

Called Ronnies motors east london becorn bay branch yesterday and today still haven't received assistance they keep taking my details and say they will call me back which they never do.. I need to order a car part and it's impossible because no one is willing to assist me
I'm extremely fed up with Ackermans.. Firstly they tell me if I agree for a debit order and they take more then our agreement they'll settle my account then when they take more than our agreement they ask me why would they settle my account? Well who asked them to make that promise in the first place of they can't keep it. Secondly they insist that i have agreed that they can take more that what i agreed on and totally refuse to play my voice record because they lying. Now they harassing me 3 people calling me per day asking me to pay the account while the management said they'll investigate and get back to me which no one did😡
I have queried my account from Ackermans as they too more than we agreed on and I was promised that my account will be paid in full for going over our debit agreement and they refuse to let me listen to my voice record and instead they keep sending me daily messages that I must go pay again of they handing me over to the lawyers and this is now harassment
As a customer with an account in arrears Ackermans called to arrange a debit order so I agreed and the assistance called me then explained that however if they go above the payment we agreed on Ackermans will then settle my account for me. Well they took more than than we agreed on and when i called to query about it i spoke to Anesh one of the managers who then refused to let me hear my own records as all the calls are recorded and he just told me he listened to the tape and I have agreed they must take R225 on my account instead of R200 and they refuse to pay my account like they promised to do so if they go above the agreement and instead they send me a message saying that they handing me to the lawyers
Absa call center | Angelina Ngema.. What a great kind consultant with a beautiful heart that called me yesterday. She was different from the any other consultant that has ever called me from absa, she deserves a commission or promotion. I'm happy with her services wish all my calles from absa to be done by her
