My Mom is a pensioner; there is 2 insurances added to her account without her acknowledgement nor agreement now she is paying R695.00 that she does not even afford. I sent several emails and made calls for cancellation from November 2025 till date (Feb 2026) no cancellation has been done. DSTV must fall our poor families are ****** off their hard earnings daily.
I submitted my claim at Katlehong office&was told the papers are clear enough i must expect an SMS, out of curiousity as no SMS is coming through i called their office they advised that the BI663 page fingeprints are not clear, how are u expecting a clear copy from a copy because the undertaker does not give original BI663. I am speechless and dont know what to do as we have to utilise the money for the funeral on Friday. Our goverment need to shut down this entity who is robbing the poor the hard earned money. I have never experienced such a bad service, it stinks🚮
I was assisted by Thabang Matlala from the authorization department, he deserves a 10 out of 10 rate, he was so helpful and very committed in resolving my pre authorization query, even went extra miles in giving information of other benefits I was not aware I'm entitled to, he is a real star now I am definitely sure that in future I am not going to struggle with anything relating to what I am covered for.
I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service that is not delivered by the city in our ward 103 (Palmridge Extension 7); ELECTRICITY / POWER FAILURE We have been having electricity outrage from Saturday 27 July 2024 around 7:30pm till toady as I am writing this email the power has not been restored, I have made several calls to the Call Centre where i received references but after few hours i will get the SMS that states that the ticket has been closed whilst the power is still not restored. the case references are 0215 of 2024/07/29 and 0400 of 2024/07/30. WATER DISRUPTION We don't have any running water from 10am on daily basis, it has been 5 months this matter has been happening with no explanation as to what is the problem. WASTE NOT COLLECTED Our waste has not been collected for 5 weeks and the street and every open fields has been turned into dumping sites, Palmridge Extension 7 has become a very unwelcoming section to live in. It has been incredibly frustrating when essential services such as the above are not delivered without any detailed explanation or communication sent to the community.
I haven't received a feedback on the access buster matter i logged in several weeks ago, one of the consultant by the name of Chardy said she will send the inquiry to Sisanda after we went through the bank statement together. I wonder wat needs to be done to receive feedback from them.
I wrote a review on this platform regarding the access fee that was deducted from my claim, and one of the consultant called me advising me that they will pay the R6000 after 2 working days till date they havent, instead they send me an email stating that i owe for that month, i rep**** back with screenshots of the premium collected for the month of March to no response and no payment as per agreement.
I claimed for a scratch with the insurer and they short paid as they deducted access fee whilst i have access buster policy with them, i enquired why was R10500 access deducted one of the consultant by the name of Sisanda Smile sent me an email stating that excess buster is only paid for valid comprehensive claim which i fail to understand the statement because the claim was paid out, the only query i had is why the access fee was deducted whilst i have access buster policy with them. I responded the consultant but he never respond me.
I have sent ca funeral caim for my husband, its been over a month i haven't received any feedback. I submitted a claim on the 28 August 2023 online, the allocated consultant by the name of Sisanda Simile never called me, I had to do follow up calls on a daily basis to be told that the claim is on progress over a week it has not yet been allocated to the assesor. No consultant called me on any update nor simple email. Their service sucks even the link to upload the incident pictures is not operational it keeps on jamming on certain stages, which they are also aware of the matter but they still advise their clients to use it. This is a very bad service that no other person deserves to go through.
I paid for express delivery for my Avon order on the 14th December 2022, I haven't received on the 21, I have been calling to no assistance, I hate them as most of my customers has left for holidays now I have to return the order to Avon due to this delay🥺
