Incredibly bad service from accounts department
Keep getting legal letters about payment but nobody can provide me with invoices and a statement.

MBD ATTORNEYS REFUSING TO REMOVE MY CELL NUMBER
I have been receiving calls from MBD Attorneys for years now for a Sylvia Ntuli. I have told them on numerous occasions to remove my number from their database as my number does not belong to Sylvia Ntuli. I get calls every single day for Sylvia Ntuli. My number has still not been removed and already received about 4 calls from MBD Attorneys today alone!

VOX WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
If I could give this company I zero rating at this point I really would. The one hand does not know what the other hand is doing. The sales rep is more concerned about his commission (I think) than cancelling everything. After my initial complaint I am still being charged cancellation fees and I have to pay for something that is not working!!!!! Vox is worse than dealing with a government department and that says a lot.....

Poor service from Vox
My order for fibre was placed mid December 2022. It is now almost the end of March and we still don't have fibre installed. Please let me know how you expect us to run a business!!! The temporary routers that you provided are either very slow or does not work at all. I have called, I have complained, I have emailed.... I have shouted, I have cried.... All I can tell my friends and family is please do not get Vox.... it is not worth all the stress and aggravation.

BAD SERVICE
When I initially spoke to Magda from Alfonzo Pedro & Associates on 11 October 2019 I was assured that they will have my Debt Review Status removed within 3 weeks. Well, here we are two months later and my Debt Review Status has not been removed. I have been waiting for almost 5 weeks for them to draft ONE affidavit. I do not recommend using their service at all. Very quick to take your money - slow on service delivery

Porting numbers from Neotel to new service provider
We were informed a few months ago that Neotel would be stopping their landline service. Went to Telkom to port numbers and after about two months Neotel has not released the numbers to Telkom. My business has as a result been without landlines for the past two weeks - which gives my business a bad name........At this rate they are probably going to close down
