Had concerns abt my app and location of 2 vehicles, was assisted by Khanya Mathebula. Happy with her service.
I DO NOT HAVE AND HAVE NOT HAD A CONTRACT with Vodacom but my bank account is debited for the 4th month in a row. I tried calling Vodacom, went into a store, submitted an affidavit stating that it is not my account. No one bothers, empty promises of the ***** dept contacting and resolving the issue were made but there has been NO CONTACT. I'm gutted at how easily my information was used to take this contract and I want this investigated. Apparently the number assigned to this contract is using that fone in another province??? I'm not sure if Vodacom follows any protocol with regards to service or the manner in which they conduct business.
I submitted a claim as a result of loss of income (for 2 months) which is what I was insured against, and our business was closed due to the national lockdown declared by the president yet they declined my claim. This company rips off people. They do not honour claims. Its best to insure with 1 of the top 3 rated insurance houses or you end up losing your hard earned money.
