Shocking after sales service for printers in South Africa do not buy in South Africa
Try complaining and asking for a rectification of a bad batch of sparkling water - The sparkling water was delivered flat , almost 30 days back - Have complained and they say the are going to collect and replace. Still nothing - and impossible to speak to someone that will resolve the problem Ref for complaint with makro 4630230
We ordered and paid on the 23 June ( week 26 ) a dinning room table and 8 seat . The table was ready ex stock 2 of the chairs where ex stock 6 chairs needed to be made 5 weeks delivery We received the table and the 2 chairs on time , now we are waiting for the balance of the chairs . The quoted 5 weeks for manufacture. we should have received them 2 weeks ago - week of the 28 July. The manage is not helpfully at all - does not return calls and when i get him on the line he has not date and time for the delivery. This guys hold management position when he does not even communicate it the clients . I am now waiting to see when i will get the delivery. The sales lady has tried to get hold of the manufacturer but is not able to get the information. This is where i would expect the manager to get involved. This is not acceptable and we are now ion week 7 weeks after date of order, and still no update when i will get the chairs . Lesson learnt !! buying from Coricroft , buy goods ex stock and do not let them manufacture as they do not delivery as per the order, and they do not communicate with you when the goods will be ready. NEVER AGAIN tr io thight the mnanager would step in., NO he does not
I have used these people before for fire wood, and never had a problem. They normally deliver dry firewood and give a good service. Last delivery of firewood , last week was very different - The wood was wet, and some things orderedwhere not delivered. Thay are not cheap and would expect them to delivery dry firewood as per their website ' Best Quality in Gauteng ". They did deliver the missing bags but never made any good on the wet wood delivered. I will definitly think twice when ordering dry firewood when paying in excess of R 1300 stacked / m3
They are very good at selling you the appliances and the attention they give you when you walk into the shop . Try order a spare part for a new appliance bought from them. The do not bother calling you with a quote. It’s been 5 weeks and still no quote or phone call after numerous visits to the foursays store . All for a quote for a new glass shelf for a fridge . Obviously they do not earn commission on this trivial thing . This shows true service levels David at spares is aware of this issue and I am still waiting to a call
I have been trying to clarify why my father has not been receiving his Woolworths credit card statement. The last six months he has not received statements and therefore has not been paying his bills. The interest rate per month that is being charged as close on R500 to R 600. I have tried to contact them on behalf of my father who is 89 years with Parkinson's and is unable to talk on the phone. All we are asking Woolworths is to confirm the e-mail address on his account and to send to the last six months statements. They will not speak to me and they insist on getting a power of attorney. It is not in the interest to get to this account clean as they're making more money on interest. We fully understand the restrictions on passing out information on someone's account, this is not the request we're asking them to reconfirm there's nothing technically that's happened on my father's account that has changed the e-mail address. We have been confronted with negative and unhelpful people who do not want to understand the problem . It is so obvious that Woolworths is more interested in selling interest than selling produce from their supermarkets
Booked a docking station on the 11/10/2022 Ref : CXTN-383-B520 Waiting for 2 weeks and checked the status - status was on hold as they thought there was a mistake on the delivery address . funny but that address has never caused any query on previous deliveries, It is the standard delivery address on my profile. Was advised on Monday the 24/10 that they will now escalate it and deliver by wednesday. 26/10 Daily phone calls and all they send you is a ticket and say they are escalating The manage of loot does not bother to call it clients and i have request almost 7 times . The poor call center guy has sent her endless what app messages to call me , but she just does not bother . I WILL NEVER USE LOOT AGAIN AS THEY ARE NOT ABLE TO GIVE ANY STATUS OF YOUR ORER AND STILL TO DATE 17H00 ONTHE 27/10 I HAVE NO CLUE WHERE THE DOCKING STATION IS . , AND WHEN I WILL RECEIVE IT THE MANAGER ALSO HAS NO CLUE ABOUT CLIENT SERVICE . I AM S ITTING WITH 10 TICKETS AND NOT ONE TICKET HAS BEEN RESOLVED - ITS A JOKE
