Your employees are so unprofessional a lady called Londiwe and Nhlakanipho were very unprofessional and have an attitude 0% manners no customer service. 3 weeks later my claim is not resolved.
TFG insurance group is a bum its over a month now they can't process my cellphone claim Although my insurance has been active from February 2020. I am told talk to MONITORS ADMINISTRATORS and they are sending me back to them.
They are declining my claim after 5 years of paying premiums, their reason is because I lost a box with IMEI number What a **** and shame from Monitor Administrators and TFG insurance.
In 2020 February I bought a phone at Exact and I insured it. Today 2026 five years later when I want to lodge a claim they are telling me about slip or box which I lost. I've been paying for phone insurance for 5 years and I can't claim my phone because they can't access my EMEI number. From the 15th of Jan until today they can't assist with EMEI number. I've been at Exact Richard's bay the whole day going back and forward with customer service, The stuff in Richard's bay were friendly . Don't insure your phone with TFG

Dont buy any at Makro PMB worse service ever even after interference from their sales manager ROSHAN HARRIPERSAD. Empty promises after the other". Danny and Brendan are managers at the service department and they are very clueless and pathetic offering worse and costly service ive ever seen in my entire life. I bought a second hand Bakkie in the Free State and it had 60 000 KM, still had service plan and warranty. A year ago we notice a certain sound and we took it ot Isuzu Key PMB for check up and they suspected the problem to be from injectors which mighty be caused by contaminated diseal. All four injectors wer courried to PE and they said the report is saying its the injectors, mind you this process took more than six months with delays and excuses after the other. After that i tried to raise the money for injectors which was 50k and i took another couple of months before they wer back going back and forth in putting the engine back together until the engine was put together a year later. Today its 13 months later while paying for the car when not moving and Danny told me that the sound or noise is still ther meaning there was a wrong diagnoses. I have spent a lot of money for testing injectors and paying for courrier services
