Worst delivering company ever! Ordered food which was to arrive at 11h59. The uber eats driver, who seems to be an immigrant, who doesn't understand any South African language nor English, went wrong direction, called him seven times. He never answered my calls. He calles twice. First i try to speak to him, he understand no word i say, i understand no word he says. Twice same problem. The. He continued rounding by wrong direction, took a picture by the road holding my food. Marked the delivery complete. Now uber is refusing to refund me Mind you i contacted them many times when their driver was getting lost and i was told, be patient your order is on the way. They ******* people these ones, im certain that immigrant driver ate my food, yet i was charged for it!!!
Do yourself some favour, get another insurance. These ones will give you the run around when it is time for them to assist with your claim. Their service providers are ****s who will tell you, you need to buy a new component for you geyser, and when you give them money, they bring an old one which only works for few days, and when you report to Standard Bank, they will never help you but make you run in circles with no solution, blaming the service provider and refuse to account or replace the component.
They were of great help during the whole claim process, paid out the claim with no difficulty, and always corresponding with me to give me updates.
Your bad service never cease to amaze me! On even date, at around 19h58 i ordered from Princess Crossing Debonairs. Around 20h42, your driver with a stinking attitude called, saying he can't find the place. I told him what to put on the map, still he said he can't find the place. That i must rather meet him by the garage to collect my order. I told him of the landscape near me, that he must get there and i will direct him as im a few meters away from the police station. He then said the area is out of range. Please enlighten me here, maybe im dumb, how does a store accept an order thats out of range? Since when do customers meet with drivers by garages to collect orders? When i called the store, they couldn't give me any tangible answer to my above questions. 1hr plus, i waited for food. Only to be met with an attitude from a driver and the store itself. No delivery. Nothing. Such bad service for something one is paying for is so uncalled for!!!
Yhooooooo! After buying this bottles so expensive, 3 weeks post use, markings started coming off. Wrote to the company and all they could say was that the ink used is not harmful. It was not the ink i was worried about, it was the quality of their bottles which is so poor yet so expensive. I will not recommend. Other bottles have proven to be way better, don't waste your money momies.

Is seems like i get no joy in being your client. I went to your store in Northgate, twice to change my email address as the one you have is wrong, i was told to phone 135, a lady by the name Leigh answered, who refused to give her last name. That is beside her 'twanging' English which makes it very difficult to communicate. Who could not help but referred me back to your stores. So, where is the customer service there if I'm sent from pillar to post? Also, it will be ideal for your call agents to speak words understandably,I am disappointed in your service
I should have taken in account the bad reviews of this company!!!! Very bad unprofessional conduct. I had an agreement with them, via messenger to change from eft payment to debit as they said they would charge me 18 rand extra for eft. Come month end, the send to me a statement which is 57 rand more, reason, none given, no response received. I wont recommend them to anyone.
i received a call from one of the representatives, i would belive a sales person who requested as to when i would like to have an installation done, first of all, i did not apply for a tracker, and when i asked her as to what it was all about she became rude and after realising that she called the wrong person she swore and hang up. customer service is of paramount importance, yes, i might not be a customer but i was intrested in your product, reason when she spoke of wireless tracker, i enquired and instead of responding she became rude, swore and hang up the phone on me, after she asked if i was a specific person and i told her no, her response was "why are you then asking questions and responding to me when you are not this person?", i did not call myself and she did not ask if i was this person when she called. the employees have ill manners.
