I am not happy with IntwgeiSure, I have insured my phone foe R22 000, and had an excess of R1000. Tuesday when I submitted a claim, I was told about an excess of R2000. Yesterday when I called to enquire about the claim, I was told to get 2 quotes and they will also vet 2 quotes from their Supplier, I got the quotes and send it via whats app and email. Worst part they dont respond when you send atuff via email. Today I called again, and told by Samantha that she will check and call me back. Samantha never returned my call, phoned them again ans spoke to Tamore, who also told me she will check and will call ne within an hour. Tamore never returned my call and I had ti call them again, and this I spoke to Jenna-Lee and she asked ti me hold on she will check. I ran out of airtime but luckily she returned my call, she tild me they have received everythung and I will get a call befire end of business. At 16h22, I received a call from IntegruSure and was told they git a quote from their supplier fir an amount of R16 054, tbey will deduct the R2000 (excess) and pay the difference into my account within 48 hours. I am not happy at all why was the phine insured for R22 000 and the excess went up to R2000 and now only I told tbey will pay the retail value of the phone. I was told by the suppliers that the phone was discontinued. NOT HAPPY WITH THIS.
I have bought shies from DC 1 and was struggling to log a return via their App. Unable to send or receive emails. Eventually on 05 December, I managed to get someone to assist me with my emails. I have sent an email regarding the shoes that I wanted to return. The lady told me they will send the courier to collect the shoes. She saw when I have placed the order and they send the Courier to collect the shoes. Now that they must refund me, they only saw that 30 days already expired. My question is why now after they must do a refund they realize that the 30 days already expired. I am not not happy with their explanation. I just want my money back. I have so many shoes from the in the past.
I have placed an order, using payflex made the 1st payment but did not get any notification from the bank. So I have made a payment again, only yo find it I have placed the same order twice. I have called them after I received the hoods and was told by Nicole that they cannot cancel my order because it was on sale. I was very disappointed in her. I am still sitting with that order, did not even open the bag.
My mother 2 x matress protector and was not happy with the quality. She wanted to return the other 1 seeing that she already opened the 1. They told her they cannot give her the cash but she paid cash for the items. They wanted to credit an account and she is not happy with this at all. She had her receipts for the purchases.
We've been sending emails to takealot, nobody is responding. Sending a credit note since 23 February 2024, emails went through but no response from takealot.
I have placed an order on 07 January 2024, I only got confirmation that they have received my order. There after no communication and no order. I want to cancel this order now they are telling me they are going to charge 15% because I am canceling. I have waiting for this thing for so long, I think this is their way to **** people. I am fed up with Snatcher.
I am so disappointed in Abacus, I have submitted a funeral claim in Friday 12 January 2024. I received an email back tobsay that they have received my documents and that payments already went out that Friday. Monday 15 January 2024 at 11h44 I received an sms stating they received my claim. Thereafter I called they keep on telling me my claim is in the final stages and I will get an sms or they will call me. 16 January 2024 when I called, they told me if I did not get my cash pay out they communicate tomorrow seeing that the assessors already left. They don't communicate to say how far the claim is, I had to call them. Without any luck. 16 ajanuary 2024 and my claim was still not finalized.
I had the same problem. Ordered goods from LM Clothing on 30 June 2022, I never received my goods. Evertime when I was doing Enquiries he had excuses. I have asked him to cancel my order and refund me. Till today I haven't received my refund. On Friday 16 September 2022 he told me he did the refund but he couldn't even provide proof of payment. Today 19 September 2022 he said the money will reflect tonight. I am fed up with this guy. He gave me banking details of F. C. Munemo, nedbank account. He even blocked me on fb so I can't even warn people about him. He is a crook
People must be careful of LM Clothing that guy is a crook. Taking people's money, you will never get your order. He refuse to refund you also, he'll give excuses every day. Please be careful do not order stuff from him. He is going by the name F. C. Munemo, using a Nedbank account. I have placed an order never received my order. I told him to cancel my order and do a refund, told me he did the refund but I never got proof of the refund. I have been sending him messages now he does not even respond
