I am writing to express my dissatisfaction and frustration with the poor service and unprofessional conduct I experienced at Bradlows Baywest. On 19 September 2025, I purchased built-in kitchen cabinets, which included a stove and installation in the price. However, the store did not have the stove in stock at the time of purchase. Since then, I have been dealing with multiple people — one from the store, another from the head office, and the installa tion technician — which created confusion and inconsistent communication. The process became very frustrating, as no one took full responsibility for properly updating me on delivery and installation procedures. Poor Communication: I was not properly informed about delivery delays or changes regarding who would handle the installation of the stove. Unprofessional Behavior: After the cabinet installation, Mr. Cade Pillay spoke to me in a rude and dismissive manner, showing a lack of professionalism and respect. Incomplete Installation: I was only informed after installation that the stove would not be installed, even though installation was included in the total purchase price. Unreachable Contacts: I have attempted to contact the store and the head office, but none of the provided phone numbers go through — which appears deliberate and unacceptable.
MTN doesn’t want to assist me with getting my number prepaid number back as it was put on MR Price Biller Contract, I visited the store at Baywest mall Eastern Cape several times and keep sending me back to MR Price and it’s excruciating because it’s been hours standing in their store with no help, I have been told that I can lose my number of so many years of using it and I am a customer in both stores MTN and MR PRICE
Subject: Mr Price Airtime Issue - Unresolved, lost connection in my phone and I can’t access my phone anymore. I agreed to a R112 monthly airtime offer from Mr Price on June 26, 2025, linked to my Miladys account. Since then, my phone has lost service, and I can't make calls or buy airtime. I reported this on July 2, 2025, but it's still not fixed. Please help resolve this urgently.
On the 04th of October 2024 I bought a Mobicel router at Pep Home Baywest Mall Port Elizabeth, the Router has not been working since then so decided to take it to the store and the manager book it for repairs and it came back not repaired and the status of the router is “Faulty not Found. And it’s not connecting to the internet and it shows no network in it and the simcard has a data in it. I am so disappointed as it is still under warranty and they don’t want to exchange it for me or do a deeper diagnosis in the router. It was my first time purchasing a router to them.
Intle boutique hotel at Jeffrey's bay. They are refusing to refund me. I spent 2 nights at their property. I paid for nights but canceled one night and they promised to refund the money since August 30th they have never returned to me. I want my money back INTLE BOUTIQUE HOTEL at Jeffrey's bay.
I booked 3 nights via booking.com for Intle Boutique Hotel Jeffrey's Bay. Now I spent 2 nights due to emergency I had to cancel. I requested the property for cancelation and refund. They sent me to Booking.com and Booking. Com has refused to refund while the transaction was made online to Booking.com. I feel like they are playing games with me because they said last month they will return my call but none of that has happened. I hvxae been in contact with the property( intle boutique Hotel) ad the agent but no way forward. I need my money back.
I have opened an account with forchini. They have been taking money from my account without my consent and put in Subscriptions of online marketing, digital club, Platinum club, Man Digital, Digital magazine etc that are debiting on my account for 6 months. When I enquire they say they can only refund 3 months. I am Disheartening by Forchini group. They have been harassing me with calls and I refuse to take policies with them but they proceed with the deduction.
I have a serous problem with MTN i bought MTN airtime R60 yesterday in the afternoon and i convected R20 to 45 voice data and i made one call that took 2 minutes but when i check the balance there was no airtime and it is not for the first time complaining about this issue on MTN and it has been happening for quite some time now and when i complain to them they defend themselves saying i made calls that i did do because my phone has a password and they always giving me my second number claiming that i hqve call it and which is what i am disputing. And the poor network coverage makes me Sick!
Hi. This is Zimasa Mbola from Eastern Cape. I went to Sportscene in Queenstown Eastern Cape, at the store they put SALE stickers of 50% discount on Kappa tracksuit but when i pay for those items none of them were on SALE. I asked LUVO to call Sportscene Head Office and confirm the Error they have caused, He said they do not answer enquiries immediately from Customers. I was so embarrassed, and had to pay more. What's the point of putting SALE WHILE ITS NOT THERE??
