I took out a contract with multichoice on the 22 Dec 2022 for a explora they came to install it ever since they installed it its been giving me signal problems I called them they said I should take it to DSTV I did they said it's an installer problem not decoder I should call the installer cause it's still under warranty I called the installer now tells me I have to pay R450 where did the warranty go? They now can't help me I have to pay R540 for 24months for something that doesn't work am very disappointed in DSTV Multichoice my number is 0788745353

I bought a battery on 1 September 2021 from Willard in Bloemfontein 3 weeks back the battery has been giving me problems I always have to be jump started yesterday I went back to Willard they tested my car alternator and it was perfect they tested the battery and it needed to be charged the white guy there said they need to charge the battery I said not a problem they can charge it he said they don't have a loan battery I asked so how am I gonna be helped he said it's not he's problem I should leave my car there I asked then how am I gonna get home and to work he said there's nothing he can do...Am very hurt and disappointed in Willard cause the battery is still under warranty I went to buy battery at Willard knowing they are the best but now am struggling everyday with battery that I paid R1795 for my contact number is ******** I still have the invoice as well

I bought 2 phones from MTN on contract in August 2022 the Samsung A53 and Hisense U60 the Hisense U60 is not working I took it back to MTN was told they will book it in I'll get a new phone on the 13 October 2022 I called in to find out what's happening they told me it was approved for new phone it will be delivered this week to me today 19 October I call in to find out they now telling they don't have the phone I have been paying for the phone I haven't used for 2 months and MTN is giving me stories am very hurt and upset my contact number is 0788745353 my ID number is 0207290104083 K.
