Defy in Montague Gardens Cape Town offers the most pathetic and useless service in the industry. Unfortunately I still have a defy tumble dryer otherwise I would have nothing to do with them. For a brand as old as this one would expect more!!!!!
I would never recommend this company to anyone. All the promises and no action when they sell a product, an absolute disgrace. Don't waste your time and good money because there is a string of impossible things to provide because they clearly don't understand how a car works. At the end they always find a reason not to have to pay out, the vontract isn't worth the paper it's written on.
Absolutely no after installation service. Technician writes down some notes on a piece of cardboard then sends a Pic on whattsapp, still unable to fully use the system. Would I recommend them, probably not based on this experience.
As per most of the reviews, I too have 1st hand experience of absolutely shocking service. 5 months after winning the case through the Ombudsman was my vehicle eventually yet reluctantly sorted. For piece of mind, shop somewhere else, don't believe the dribble you will be promised.
Nedbank is an absolute disgrace when it comes to customer service. Lack of knowledge seems to be key throughout the call centre.34 years with a bank and that's the treatment, time to change.
Absolute disgusting, confused service. After being a client for 34 years and this is the uneducated service recieved is quite despicable. Time to close all accounts and move to FNB or Discovery, there is no way the service could be any worse, promises and lies to fix there own stuff up. I might get a call of apology because it's the right thing for them to do but it's too late
Roman's Pizza Durbanville Cape Town, what disgusting trash you serve to your customers. Not worth a single cent, dry, tasteless, pathetic, My wife can make a tastier egg on toast rather than the drivel you serve up. I will send you the address and contact number of a pizzeria that might be willing to give you some lessons in the art of pizza making, You the owner should be ashamed of yourself to accept people's money for what you serve, tried you for the 2nd time now, no more mistakes, goodbye.
Absolute shocking service, really won't consider purchasing another vehicle from them, plenty other Toyota dealers. Well done Team, another list customer.
Excellent service from Mark and His Team on every occasion I have had my vehicle at the workshop. I would certainly recommend them as a service Team of choice for servicing of vehicles or breakdowns. Keep up the good service Guys.
Again Defy Cape Town fail to disappoint with after sales service. Previously had an issue with a fridge repair and now a month trying to get a brand new oven replaced after all efforts on the part to repair has failed. Christopher Tomlinson can never speak to as the Manger and doesn't return calls, Kathleen promises to have things resolved well all empty, if I don't keep calling nobody calls me back. I trust this complaint will be seen in a serious light as clearly Defy appliances and there after service is not what it used to be!!!!
