So I went to Shoprite , Southdale mall. I was coming from night shift and exhausted . It was early morning around 7h30 Sunday 22 of February 2026. It was not busy and some of the staff were just wondering about . I bought some groceries and had to pack everything myself while a lot of staff member were having chats just next to me and just did not see anything wrong . It just looked weird , poor service. I sometimes understand when it’s busy and they are short staffed but that was just an eye sore. Thank you
My parcel has been moving with the courier guy from the 7th of November then taken back to the depot ( South bay 1) for 3 consecutive days. I wait at home the whole day thinking they will deliver. Please assist
I took up a pay day loan with FNB and it was paid off last year 2023 May.. it still appears as in arrears on my credit report. I've called the loan department several times to get it removed but they just not showing any interest.....
I made reservations for my daughter's birthday for last Sunday the 26th of February. I was told to reserve the space prior to the date which was R2200 which I was told I will be refunded once the event was over. When everything was over I had to pay the bill of R6300 and before paying that I reminded the waiter of my refund and he just wrote an email address on the peace of paper and told me to claim for my refund there. Yesterday morning being 27th of February, I sent the email, there was no response. I called in the afternoon and was told I was supposed to take the refund from the bill and I explained ,the waiter said to email for my refund. The person I spoke to said someone will call me back regarding the query but no one did. I sent another email today the 28th, no response , I called and was told the money is the account and they don't have control over the situation ,I just have to wait until the restaurant make that money and they will send it to me. It is very disappointing that such a big restaurant will give such excuses.

My vehicle is financed by Absa. I took the car in June 2021, in November I did not have a permanent Job, hence I missed a payment for two months. Then had to pay using eft instead of debit orders. I continued doing so till June 2022. In June 2022 I called them to start debiting my capitec account every 25th of the month, they never did hence I continued doing the EFTs till now. What is frustrating is that I've been writting emails to them ,sending them proof of payments but my credit report shows I've not paid for my account for the last 10 months. It's affecting my credit report badly. The agent allocated to me by Absa tried assist to no avail. Can they please sort my a count out and fix it with the credit bureaus as well. What a bad expirience!!!! Yesterday i went to Travelex at Rossetenville to send money to Nigeria via Western union. It was 1200 including charges. Today the receiver called saying they said transaction has been cancelled. I went personal to Rossetenville branch to find out the reason why, They said maybe the person is collecting money for different people or maybe he has collected the money already. I told them Western union always sends me the message once the money has been collected. The next thing they say is, i have to wait while they send my paper work I dont know to where. then they told me if they return it tgey will take charges again. While waiting for almost 30 minutes for them to get a reply from wherever they sent the documents, they call me to say it might take time can i go and come back. I told them i will rather come back tomorrow because i am working night shift and its already to 15h00. before i left the mall they called me back to say i can come and get the refund, when i get there i waited another 30 minutes while they were busy on the system. Then i was told they cant pay me now , tge system does not allow them. They said the branch in Nigeria must send the money back. So i went home without knowing when i will get my money back as they said thry also dont know. I sent the money for a specific reason and it was urgent, I paid the charges almost 30 % of what i was sending and they tell me they will charge me for the refund another 30% of what i have sent.
