I bought a BAIC Beijing x55 elite brand new from Harval Rustenburg in 2023. On the day of purchase, the vehicle’s engine warning light was already on. I reported this immediately. The dealership told me they were “waiting for software” to clear the fault permanently and that it would be sorted out. Based on this assurance, I took delivery of the car. To date, the engine light has never been properly fixed. I have followed up multiple times, but was always told they were still waiting on BAIC for the software update. Now that the car is out of warranty, the dealership suddenly says I must pay for diagnosing and repairing the same fault that existed when I bought it. This is unacceptable because: 1. The fault existed at point of sale — I bought the car with the engine light on. 2. I was promised a repair — BAIC/Dealer delayed the fix until warranty expired. 3. Consumer Protection Act — Section 56 says goods must be free of defects for 6 months after purchase. A pre-existing engine fault is a defect. What I want: BAIC must diagnose and repair the engine light issue at no cost to me, as it was reported before delivery and never resolved due to their delays. I have complained before and have proof of emails complaining showing I reported the issue from day one. If this isn’t resolved within 7 days, I will escalate to the Motor Industry Ombudsman of South Africa and the National Consumer Commission
I bought a Jojo tank in Rustenburg 15 days ago and they said they will place a special oder for me since well they dont have the colour i need now no body knows how to help me they are oly option is to refund me abd they want me there and in far from home

They have a poor service they sold ne a brand new Biac Beijing with engine light on sayiong theyll call me as soon as they receive the software to fix it they never called now the car is less than 9000 km is over heating its been a month since they have the car with no communication when i go to them they keep on lying to me that the car will be ready on Friday.. from a manager to cosult no one seem to care i really regret buying benjing os been 2 months now im paying for a car i dont have they also promise to borrow me car they never did they keep on transferring me to different people
This fasta pay account seem like its a scam i emailed them to cancel the online card they told me to pay cancellation fee of R160 and my account will be cancelled within 24 hours yet my account is not yet cancelled
I been working with cellce since 2016 and im done paying previous contract but they still appear on my credit score as missed payment but yet im liable for upgrade every 2 years
I wanted to increase credit limit they requested i need to use ssd code and i lost my sim card i went to 3 different mr price stores to update my contact details as per their request and i did not get any help till today it has been a week now.
I upgraded my contract few months ago and the agreements was that i have to pay R430 per month and they deducted R630 i called the cellc department to ask what changed the agent told me i have subscriptions i dont know about i told them to cancel those subscriptions yet the other month and this month they still debited 630 and i dont remember subscribing to anything since the sim card is on the wifi router
Thank you finchoice for resolving my Metter so fast I did complain about them debiting while I have finished paying them but they resolved my Metter so fast and sent a paid up letter
During lockdown I skipped finchoice installment they sent their lawyers for collection I have arranged with their lawyers and they debited the outstanding amount with interest twise I reversed onother debit this month they debited an amount of 150 I don't know what is it for because I finished paying them
