Hi I have a problem. I am not getting assistance and now my number is even blocked on your call center. I was debited R1114 instead of R199. I have been asking for a refund since the 29th and nothing!!! Now my number is blocked!!!! The number in question is 0648043161.
Can I get assistance please. I bought a watch only to find that my boyfriend had the same watch a gift. I need to refund.
This follows the complaint I had a couple of days ago. A lady who is supposedly a branch manager from the Newcastle branch called me and help me with the query I was unable to make the last time I was at her branch. I am truly grateful because I really want to pay my mother's loan off.
I've been servicing my car in Toyota PLK. Even though they are slow but the service from their staff is fabulous.
A couple of days ago my brother was sent to BP garage in Madadeni to fill in my car with petrol for R200 and I later figured he was overcharged because the car is a Fuel master and he still used my card to pay. When I went back the guy who assissted said jah he realized after he was gone and gave me the fuel master slip. I asked for my R200 back they said I must come later because their transactions do not reflect immediately. I asked to come back on the following day cause my brother was getting married on the day. They said its fine. When I went back the manager or supervisor was not there and I spent almost an hour there. I asked for numbers to call the owner or manager cause I was going back to a different province she said its fine. When I asked her to confirm with her employees they said she said something else and just like that I lost my R200.
I went to Absa in the Newcastle branch not so long ago with my mother. I needed to pay an extra R10000 on her loan and I needed guidance as to how I can do this without actually going into the branch each time because this will be an ongoing thing and we don't stay in the same province. After standing on the line for more than 30 minutes a girl called Sphesihle Buthelezi called people in and she pointed at my mother and told her to go in. I then asked her for a moment cause I had a query....and she turned around and asked what... when I told her we want to pay extra on a loan but.... she asked who's loan? I said it's my mother's and she said mama go in and you must wait outside. She rudely left, I tried to stop her to tell her that I was not done I need to ask something. She just looked at me and went inside and close the door to block me. Okay, I thought maybe she's in a bad mood and gave my mother the money to go in. Mind you my mother is not good on technical things. Hence I needed to accompany her to make sure that the money is paid into the balance and not the instalment. I let it slide and decided to excuse Sphesihle Buthelezi. I opted to asking the short guy who was supposedly outside assisting people and had a sanitizer. You wont believe what happened, I waited for him to come to my way and greeted him then asked for assistance. He walked passed me, then turned around and stared at me, I then approached him. Before I could explain Sphesihle came outside and wanted to talk to the guy... he turned around and left me there. Mbali 0721153549
Vision properties doesnt want to pay our R4000 deposit back. After I complained they payed R1500...when I asked they said R1000 for the notice and the R2200 is for the damages. But our flat had nooo damages even when the caretaker came he found everything okay! Now I call and the lady called Didi (Modiegi) just put the phone on the side. After a minute or so transferred me to Alida who asked me ro give them 7 days. Now my issue is that I moved out on the 1st of September and they promise to pay the deposit between 7 to 14 days. But they do not and now they dont want to pay the R2200 even though we made sure that we do not damage anything in the flat. The worst part is that Didi girl who do not know how to speak to people.
We stayed at a complex called Eagle Heights in Delmas managed owned or managed by vision properties! These people do not care about their tenants. First of all you need to connect electricity by yourself going up and down to the municipality and the house keeper. We stayed for 3 days without electricity and now and then their employees were striking, locking the gates because"vision property" was not paying them. We got late for work, went through discipline and Vision just did not care. Their electricity doesnt seem to be connected well cause me and a few neighbours complained about things getting damaged like the dstv cable, my tv...we sent emails and nothing was done. We finally decided to move out now they do not want to pay the credit and our deposit back! I would not advise anyone to stay in this place.
