Poor Service Teljoy
TV are insured by Teljoy. Send out a contractor to collect TV. A week later return TV and said cant fix. Left messages and tried contacting Teljoy to ask what happens next, but to no avail. Teljoy doesn't follow up or even try to assist. No feedback from Teljoy for almost 3 weeks now.

Bonitas Denis
Had a complaint about Bonitas Denis dental. My disable son , down syndrome was first denied approval for a day clinic. After a struggle approval was granted, but with conditions. Two hours work must be done in an hour. Is this how our disabled children is treated by Bonitas just to save money.

Bonitas Denis Dental
For the last two years Bonitas paid for my son to have his dental, done in a day clinic, and there was no problem. This year they increase the premium but have several excuses why it can be done. Disibility plays no role in Bonitas.

Buffalo and Temu
This is the worst site ever. They don't inform you about the shipping taxes and only tell you after they received payment. Never buy from Temu or Buffalo delivery ever.

Bonita's disappointment 😔
I was set for test to see what chronic medication is needed, but was informed that the medical aid, don't cover it, and must be paid from savings. I then ask for the booster benefits to cover this test, and was informed the booster benefits is not available. I pay more that R6000p/m but got a saving of around R20000, a year. It's easier to take the R6000p/m and pay the doctor and test cash.

Citton cars number one
I bought a vehicle from Cotton cars about 4 months back. The vehicle battery gave me a problem and I called Albi Cotton and asked if he can assist. I received a message back from Albi the Managing Director that they will replace the battery. Not only is there vehicles high quality, but the after service is excellent, and I will recommend any person looking for a vehicle to contact them.

I had a debit order taken from my account on the 25th July and ask for refund and still awaiting feedback 7 days later. They dont even care.
