I am extremely disappointed with the service from NDC. I have not received any response to my emails or messages since 9 December, despite following up multiple times. There has been no feedback on my debt review removal status, even though my account has been paid in full. I have tried calling several numbers provided, but many either do not exist or go straight to voicemail with no return call. The lack of communication and accountability is unacceptable, especially when clients are relying on timely updates for something as important as debt review removal. Based on my experience, the service after payment has been made is very poor, and I would not recommend this process unless communication and responsiveness improve significantly.

I have been trying to get someone form the dispute resolution to fix the errors I keep getting on the app, I am unable to manage my insurance through the app, my emails to the dispute resolution team are going unattended to since the 12th of July, maybe I should just cancel and find another insurance company to provide me with the service I pay for.
Do not join Debt Rescue, they service is very poor and they are extremely rude, they have been deducting money from me for an account that is paid up and i have been asking them where is this money going since November, no response, they do not care, once they have you and your accounts under them, they dont care, even after joining them i still don't feel a relieve from my debt, because they didn't fight for me to pay less, but rather made the accounts tell them how much i should pay, so i am no better than i was.
Hi, do not join Scorpion, i have been with them for years and they dont have lawyers who fight for you but rather against you. I have a case with them from 2018 that they just cant resolve, the attorneys they refered me to has been of no help, they collected money owed to me from the debtor and then paid it to the wrong bank account and when questioned and told that they made an error, they decided to drop my case and Scorpion just allowed them, so i lost money the first time to a business that failed to deliver, and then when I finally got something back, the attorneys paid it to the wrong bank account and refuse to take accountability for this error.
Scorpion legal protection, referred my case to JA van wyk Attorneys and the were busy with my case since 2018, and then the attorneys paid the money into the incorrect bank account, they refuse to take accountability for paying into the wrong account and rather opted to drop my case after so many years and now Scorpion will be referring my case to new attorneys which may take another 5 years to get R2000, JA van wyk Attorneys are not good attorneys, they dont give you feedback on your case, you will request for feedback several times and then get a response with all legal terminology like we studied law and can understand what they are saying i had to use google most of the time to look for the meaning of the words they used, I really think Scorpion should not be referring clients to them if Scorpion wants to keep their clients happy. Scorpion was cc'd on all correspondence with the attorneys and not once did they intervene when the attorneys were defending themselves against me, this is the service we receive from Scorpion.

Discovery provident fund is the worst ever, i would not recommend any company to join discovery provident fund, one, there is no growth, instead you will loose most of your money, two, its been six weeks since my forms were submitted for a withdrawal and they haven't done anything, they dont respond to my emails and i get the same speech every time I call in, they are waiting for their billing department since the 7th of December, its the 19th, so this shows us that once the companies pay over our money to discovery, it stays with them for a long time gaining interest in their bank accounts before they can even invest it, and by that time they have gained double, they making money from our money.
Dial Direct premium goes up with R500, how's this even possible, the premium should be decreasing annually instead, I am utterly disappointed, with all other living expenses increasing, how is this even affordable, but they don't care, I called and went through to reviews, the consultant said there is actually nothing he can do, as the system calculates the premium, I will be looking for a more affordable insurance company and I wouldn't recommend anyone to choose dial direct.
