I am utterly disgusted in the service that I am experiencing at Ahmed Kathrada Hospital. It is supposed to be a private hospital but i am here waiting over 4 hours for my son to be admitted. I have practiced patience and enquired assistance from one of the staff who laughed at me and advised that it was shift change and walked away before I could say anything.... I am still waiting .. it is 19h20, been waiting from 15h00... now please advise ??
I pay a fnb account and don't receive statements hut sms's of jon payment. Sms shows a different account nunber. Whwn will this end. Lets review and relook at the agreement and how far we are. May I be contacted to resolve this. I've provided my ID number and I need a full statement and confirmation of final outstanding balance. Thank you
I just received a call from your call centre thanking ne for paying my account on time and wanting to upsell me on data. I said not right now and I am disturbed by her attitude... she said it's only and additional R159 and I said but I said not right now and she dropped the phone in my ear. Wow is that how you appreciate your clients?
I can't begin to comprehend how it's a benefit when a client is treated like a beggar... I am so not interested any longer been bragging how a midwife would call me every or second week to check in and after asking about a babybag which I registered for and had to receive on the 26th November , nothing... it's apparently on its way with a useless courier company that advises its in transit. Why have the benefit when the bag arrives after baby is born , always ...
I complained and got assisted, Thank you. I am sad and disappointed that I have come to this platform to get service, but when premiums are collected they know how to do that well. I am wondering should we have claims (God Forbid) will I have to come here to get basic service.
Not getting assistance on whatsapp. They claimed my details has been updated... I requested that I be contacted so my details can be matched but I get a message to retry.
To My surprise on a weekend I get a phone call from lawyers, I've been handed over for unpaid blood tests. Seriously, my baby was admitted in hospital and had blood tests done which the medical doesn't cover. We spend monthly and arm and a leg to ensure that we medical so if medical aid can't cover in hospital tests please tell me what's the use?
I requested an updated policy schedule for my family's current policies with Metropolitan and to my surprise, my policy was cancelled due to unpaid premium after updated banking details were received and all other policies were updated but mine. I was told to pay for the missed premiums yet the fault lies with the *********** staff! I requested for the ombudsman's details because the are not treating me fairly as a client. Only for management to decide that they will write it off however for them to reinstate the need a letter from me and I need to pay an amount of R166.80 because of 2 missed premiums of 6 years ago. Now how petty is that? ********* behavior, I am lost for words!!!
Jessica had to call me to assist me as I am having trouble linking my account to my app. Still waiting. I have not made payment to my account as the statement I received is outdated. I made a payment on the 8th June for the amount that is due and I await feedback , still waiting. Can people please do their jobs at Mr. Price.
